摘要: A method comprises: causing a volume of a material in an uncured state to be input into a container; causing a plurality of spikes hosted via a lid to extend into the volume of the material in the uncured state within the container such that the lid closes the container and the lid faces the volume of the material; causing the volume of the material within the container to change from the uncured state to a cured state within the container while the lid is closed such that the volume of the material in the cured state within the container secures the lid to the container via the spikes; and causing an outdoor HVAC condenser unit to rest on the container such that the volume of the material in the cured state within the container extends between the outdoor HVAC condenser unit and the lid.

摘要: An outdoor equipment support platform. The outdoor support platform includes an upper side that can support outdoor equipment thereon, such as an air conditioning unit. A plurality of channels are disposed on the upper side of the support platform that guide liquid away from the upper side of the platform to a support surface. The plurality of channels define a plurality of unrecessed portions. At least four of the plurality of unrecessed portions are located at a perimeter of the platform. At least one aperture is disposed on the upper side to receive a fastener therethrough.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an object of the present invention is to provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner which is basically composed of small-size component parts and can have a large air-conditioning capacity by stacking the small-size component parts in a vertical direction in accordance with a required air-conditioning capacity. The outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes an outdoor heat exchanger, an air-blower assembly including an air exchanger, and a housing accommodating the outdoor heat exchanger and the air-blower assembly. The outdoor heat exchanger, the air-blower assembly and the housing, and another outdoor heat exchanger, another air-blower assembly and another housing are configured to be stackable on each other in a vertical direction.

摘要: An equipment pad includes a base and a plurality of riser portions. The base includes a base surface that extends laterally outward and a base opening formed completely through the base surface. Each riser portion includes a top surface, a side wall, and an interior. The top surface is substantially level and continuous. The side wall tapers inward and extends upward from the base surface, elevating the top surface portion above the base surface. The interior, defined between the top surface and the side wall, is substantially hollow. The riser portions together define a single, continuous riser, at least one of the riser portions forming an angle with reference to an adjacent riser portion such that the riser includes at least one turn. The riser top surfaces together define a substantially level support surface for receiving the equipment unit, and the riser interiors align with the base opening so that the equipment pad is stackable.

摘要: A container-type data center is provided, which can be transported while having outdoor units of an air conditioning facility installed therein, and having an enhanced cooling effect. A partition panel 10 is provided for separating a container 100 into an IT equipment accommodation chamber 18 and an outdoor unit installation chamber 15, and on both ends of the panel are provided pillar sections 14e and 14f for the partition panel. The length-direction dimension of the outdoor unit installation chamber 15 is within the range of 1.6 to 2 meters, which can be selected arbitrarily according to the size of the outdoor units 6a through 6d. The outdoor units 6a through 6d are arranged so that their air discharge openings face the outer side in the width direction of the container. Regarding the outdoor units 6a through 6d, it is possible to set up an angle steel rack and stack two outdoor units vertically. According to this configuration, the container-type data center can be transported while having the outdoor units installed therein, and can exert sufficient cooling ability, which had been insufficient due to the small number of outdoor units installable in the prior art container-type data center.

摘要: A vibration, motion and dampening system is provided for use with air conditioning, mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment to reduce or eliminate the deleterious effects of vibration, movement and excessive noise created by the equipment. The system includes specially designed upper and lower channel frame members. The frame members receive geometrically compatible spring assemblies and plate members, as well as locking assemblies, wherein the assemblies are slidingly positioned with the frame members at desired locations. The spring assemblies and frame members receive and diminish the undesirable phenomena created by the equipment.

摘要: The present invention relates to a front suction/discharge type outdoor unit for an air conditioner which can solve problems due to increased capacity and decreased suction air. The front suction/discharge type outdoor unit includes an outdoor unit casing having its one surface externally opened and its other surfaces closed, the inside of which being divided into a suction unit and a discharge unit, a compressor installed in the suction unit of the outdoor unit casing, for compressing a refrigerant gas supplied from an indoor unit through pipe lines, an air-cooled condenser positioned in the suction unit of the outdoor unit casing to face one surface and face two surfaces contacting one surface and being positioned in parallel among the other surfaces, for inducing external air sucked through one surface to gaps from the facing surfaces for heat exchange, and condensing the refrigerant gas from the compressor by external air sucked in the direction of one surface and the facing surfaces, and a cooling fan installed in the discharge unit of the outdoor unit casing, for supplying external air to the air-cooled condenser, and discharging heat exchanged air.
