摘要: A truss foundation for single-axis trackers that distribute forces into the foundation through the torque tube. A truss adapter joins a pair of adjacent truss legs driven at angles to one another on either side of a tracker row so that the legs are perpendicular to the tracker torque tube. A third leg aligned with the torque tube is connected to the adapter to help resist axial forces in the torque tube. One or more collars placed on either side of a torque tube bearing include set screws to prevent axial slippage of the torque tube.

摘要: A truss foundation for single-axis trackers that is optimized to resist moments. For foundations that experience lateral loads as well as moments, the foundation supports the rotational axis via a moment connection that is deliberately offset below the work point to reduce the impact of the bending moment. Spacing between the truss legs and the angle of the legs impact the height of the truss work point and, by extension, the available offset below the work point down to the minimum height of the axis of rotation specified by the tracker maker.

摘要: A trestle includes a base, a slide bracket, a fixing unit, a first fastener, and a second fastener. The fixing unit is installed on the slide bracket and fixes a solar panel that is mounted on a surface of a roof surface. A mounting surface on which the solar panel is mounted is formed on a receiving member of the fixing unit. A fixing unit main body of the fixing unit is formed capable of holding down and fixing the solar panel to the mounting surface by the second fastener, and is fixed to the receiving member. The first fastener is attached such that the fixing between the slide bracket and the fixing unit can be released while maintaining the fixing between the receiving member and the fixing unit main body by the second fastener.

摘要: The present invention relates to a rock anchor foundation structure suitable for a mountain photovoltaic module and a construction method of the rock anchor foundation structure. A technical solution of the present invention is as follows: the rock anchor foundation structure comprises a drill hole drilled in a rock slope, an anchor rod module arranged in the drill hole and a photovoltaic power station module. The photovoltaic power station module is connected with the anchor rod module through a hollow connecting steel pipe; the photovoltaic power station module comprises a bracket welded on the top of the hollow connecting steel pipe, a beam mutually hinged with the top of the bracket and a photovoltaic cell panel arranged at the upper part of the beam. The rock anchor foundation structure of the present invention is suitable for the technical fields of around treatment and foundation engineering design.

Reducing the material, manufacturing costs and/or labor required for assembly of solar tracker components can present significant reductions in the cost of solar tracker systems. In an embodiment, a hollow fastener can significantly lower the cost of solar tracker mounting and coupling assemblies while still maintaining strength and structural integrity of the solar tracker system.

A saddle bracket has a mounting surface to support one or more PV modules over a tube, a gusset coupled to the mounting surface, and a mounting feature coupled to the gusset to couple to the tube. A grounding washer has a first portion to couple to a support; and a second portion coupled to the first portion to provide a ground path to a PV module. A PV system has a saddle bracket; a PV module over the saddle bracket; and a grounding washer coupled to the saddle bracket and the PV module. Saddle brackets can be coupled to a torque tube at predetermined locations. PV modules can be coupled to the saddle brackets.

摘要: A support assembly for mounting a solar panel unit includes a base unit and a supporting unit. The base unit includes a plurality of base tubes that are spaced apart from one another and two connecting tubes that are respectively and detachably connected to opposite end portions of each of the base tubes. The supporting unit includes a plurality of limiting components and a plurality of supporting rods. Each limiting component permits at least two of the base tubes to extend therethrough so as to position the at least two of the base tubes relative to each other. Each supporting rod is detachably connected to and extends upwardly from a corresponding one of the limiting components and is adapted for supporting the solar panel unit thereon.
