A coal inactivation processing apparatus for inactivating coal with an oxygen-containing process gas, wherein the coal inactivation processing apparatus comprises a kiln assembly (103) for passing coal (4) from the base-end side to the distal-end side therein, base-end-side process gas supply means (121-125) for supplying a process gas (13) to the base-end side of the interior of the kiln assembly (103), distal-end-side process gas supply means (131-135) for supplying a process gas (14) to the distal-end side of the interior of the kiln assembly (103), process gas oxygen concentration adjusting means (124a, 134a, 135, 136a) for adjusting the oxygen concentration of the process gases (13, 14) supplied into the kiln assembly (103), and a cooling device (160) for cooling the coal (4) inside the kiln assembly (103).

摘要: The present invention makes it possible to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal while causing oxygen to be adsorbed to the surface of the coal in an efficient manner. A coal deactivation processing device includes: a rotary kiln body provided rotatably into which coal and a processing gas are supplied; a feed pipe provided so as to be able to rotate along with the rotary kiln body), extending along a lengthwise direction of the rotary kiln body (103), and having a coolant flowing therein, and a protruding portion provided to the outer circumferential section of the feed pipe so as to protrude toward the rotation direction of the feed pipe. The feed pipe and the protruding portion are arranged so as to pass through a coal layer resulting from the accumulation of coal within the rotary kiln body when the rotary kiln body rotates.

摘要: An extraction system is provided to extract ethanol from an ethanol-gasoline blend fuel. The extraction system may provide a settling vessel for a mixture of water and the ethanol-gasoline blend fuel. The settling vessel may include a main body and a settling valve. The main body forms a cavity for receiving the mixture through an aperture near the top portion of the main body. The settling valve may extend off the main body near a bottom portion thereof, wherein the settling valve may be adapted for controlling the flow of the mixture or portions thereof positioned within the settling vessel.

摘要: It has been discovered that the residence time of oils/fats in metal apparatus, particularly in the upstream of a hydrotreating unit, for example, a heat exchanger and/or a storage/feed tank, can impact significantly on corrosiveness of oils/fats in combination with and without conventional hydrocarbons. In addition, it is also found that the presence of hydrogen in the metal apparatus can also inhibit the corrosion rate of oils/fats.

摘要: A process for producing transport fuel blendstocks comprises providing a first feedstock comprising butane and propane and a second feedstock comprising benzene and dehydrogenating the first feedstock in a first reactor to produce a C4 product comprising butane and butene and a C3 product comprising propane and propylene. The process also comprises oligomerizing the C4 product in a second reactor to produce a first transport fuel blendstock and alkylating the C3 product with the second feedstock in a third reactor to produce a second transport fuel blendstock.

摘要: A combustible pellet drying system includes a valveless pulse combustor and a drying column. The drying column includes a first drying region and optionally a second drying region. The first drying region receives heated drying gas from the pulse combustor to dry a quantity of moist pellets flowing downwardly through the drying column. Moisture-laden exhaust gas from the first drying region is processed by a condenser to remove water and recover thermal energy therefrom, and to produce a cooled dried exhaust gas which may be reheated by passing through a jacket around the pulse combustor. The reheated dry gas is introduced into the second drying region to further dry the pellets. The second drying region is preferably a downwardly expanding cone configuration. The drying column includes a plurality of temperature sensors. Adjacent temperature sensors may be used to determine a level of pellets within the drying column. The combustible pellets are preferably coal pellets.

摘要: Provided is a carbon fuel pneumatic dryer in which synthesis gas generated in a reactor is fed and cooled, including: a feeding part formed as a narrow pipe, via which synthesis gas and carbon fuel are fed; a drying part formed as a pipe having a larger diameter than the feeding part, in which the hot synthesis gas fed via the feeding part is cooled and the moisture content of the carbon fuel is lowered; and a conveying part formed as a pipe having a smaller diameter than the drying part such that the flow velocity of the synthesis gas and the carbon fuel having passed the drying part is increased, wherein the conveying part includes a bend so that the flow direction of the synthesis gas and the carbon fuel is changed.

The reactor includes a plurality of tubes, a plurality of fluidly coupled chambers, an inlet fluidly coupled to a first chamber of the plurality of chambers for receiving reactants, and an outlet fluidly coupled to a second chamber of the plurality of chambers for receiving products generated during a reaction within the plurality of chambers. At least one of the plurality of tubes is at least partially disposed within a lumen of another one of the plurality of tubes. The plurality of fluidly coupled chambers are defined, at least in part, by the plurality of tubes. The reactor is configured to generate a generally helical flow pattern through at least one of the plurality of chambers.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for liquid hydrocarbon fuel production, hydrocarbon chemical production, and aerosol capture are provided. For example, a carbon-oxygen-hydrogen (C—O—H) compound may be heated to a temperature of at least 800 degrees Celsius such that the C—O—H compound reacts through a non-oxidation reaction to generate at least a hydrocarbon compound that may be at least a component of a liquid hydrocarbon fuel or a hydrocarbon chemical. The liquid hydrocarbon fuel may be a liquid when at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. The C—O—H compound may include biomass. In some cases, the hydrocarbon compound produced through the non-oxidation reaction includes a hydrocarbon aerosol form as the hydrocarbon compound at least as it is produced or cools. Some embodiments include aerosol capture methods, systems, and devices, which may include passing a hydrocarbon aerosol form through a material in a liquid phase in order to gather the aerosol material.
