    摘要: A passive automotive coolant liquid deaerator unit for deaerating a circulating coolant liquid of a coolant circuit of an automobile. The passive automotive coolant liquid deaerator unit includes a deaerator housing which defines a deceleration chamber, and a baffle plate which is arranged substantially horizontally within the deceleration chamber. The deceleration chamber has a chamber liquid inlet, a chamber liquid outlet, and a deaeration opening which is arranged at a vertical top of the first deceleration chamber. The chamber liquid inlet is arranged vertically higher than the chamber liquid outlet. The baffle plate is arranged vertically between the chamber liquid inlet and the chamber liquid outlet.

    摘要: A liquid-cooling device having a liquid-gas isolation mechanism includes a tank, a first conduit, a second conduit, and a liquid-gas isolation mechanism. The tank has an outer wall, a first end, and a second end, and a liquid storage space is surrounded and defined by the outer wall, the first end, and the second end. The first conduit and the second conduit are partially disposed in the tank, and are respectively used for leading the cooling liquid in and out. The liquid-gas isolation mechanism includes at least a baffle disposed in the liquid storage space, and a plurality of flow holes are defined by the baffle and the outer wall. The first conduit, at least one flow hole, and the second conduit are configured as a flow path. Therefore, the gas is prevented from being brought out from the tank by the second conduit and entering the liquid-cooling pump.

    摘要: A modular distillation apparatus including at least one heat exchanger that preheats contaminated liquids; a heater that heats the contaminated liquid from the heat exchanger; an evaporator condenser adapted o boil the contaminated liquid coming out of the heater to produce water vapor and contaminant concentrate, and condenser the water vapor into distilled water; a vacuum chamber capable of operating at below atmospheric pressure, the vacuum chamber housing the evaporator condenser and including at least one partition to separate the distilled water from the contaminate concentrate; a vapor compressor operably associated with the vacuum chamber to receive water vapor from the evaporator condenser in the vacuum chamber and pump the water vapor at pressure back through the evaporator condenser, wherein the heat exchanger recovers sensible heat from outgoing condensed distilled water and contaminant concentrate recycled from the vacuum chamber.

    摘要: The invention relates to a heat exchanger system comprising a jacket extending along a longitudinal axis and surrounding a jacket space. A pipe bundle is arranged in the jacket space wherein pipes are wound helically around a central pipe. At least one pre-distributor container is arranged in the jacket space for accommodating and degassing a liquid-gas mixture and designed to coat a distributing means with liquid degassed in the at least one pre-distributor container. The distributing means is designed to deliver the liquid to the pipe bundle. At the top the jacket has an inlet which is aligned with the longitudinal axis and in fluid connection with the central pipe. The central pipe has at least one lateral opening so that the liquid-gas mixture can be fed via the inlet, the central pipe, and the at least one lateral opening into the at least one pre-distributor container.

    摘要: A waste heat recovery device includes a heat pipe in which a working fluid for transporting heat is enclosed, and a mode-switching valve for switching a heat recovery mode and a heat insulation mode. The heat pipe has a heating part for heating and evaporating the working fluid and a cooling part for cooling and condensing the evaporated working fluid. The heating part is made of a steel through which hydrogen gas permeates about at 500° C. and higher. In the heat recovery mode, the waste heat recovery device recovers heat of exhaust gas by using the heat pipe. Furthermore, in the heat insulation mode, a heat transport from the heating part to the cooling part is stopped.

    摘要: A refrigeration system including a direct expansion evaporator with a substantially vertical header through which a fluid mixture of a refrigerant and oil is pumped, a compressor for compressing the refrigerant, and a suction tube in fluid communication with the header and the compressor through which a stream of a first fluid mixture is drawn substantially in a first direction from the header by the compressor. The first fluid mixture exerts a first fluid pressure in a second direction substantially opposite to the first direction. A second fluid mixture is located in the header and subject to a second fluid pressure substantially greater than the first fluid pressure to create a pressure differential. The system also includes an extraction apparatus with a passage subject to the pressure differential, through which passage the second fluid mixture is drawn into the suction tube.
