The indirect evaporative heat exchange section includes a series of serpentine tubes, and an evaporative liquid is passed downwardly onto the indirect heat exchange section.     摘要: The present invention relates to a method for braze-welding a fixing plate and a flow channel cap in a heat exchanger, and to a heat exchanger produced by same. The method includes: providing a fixing plate 10 having a plurality of resilient protrusions 11 for snap-fitting; providing a flow channel cap 20, one end 22 of which is L-shaped to be snap-fitted onto the resilient protrusion 11 and the other end of which has a stepped portion 21; inserting the stepped portion 21 of the flow channel cap 20 into the resilient protrusion 11 such that an end 21b of the stepped portion 21 contacts an end of the resilient protrusion 11; pressing the L-shaped end 22 of the flow channel cap 20 against the resilient protrusion 11 of the fixing plate 10 such that the L-shaped end 22 is snap-fitted onto the resilient protrusion 11 and thus tightly contacts the fixing plate 10, and the resilient protrusion 11 thus press-contacts the end 21b of the stepped portion 21 to enable an end 21a of the stepped portion 21 to tightly contact the fixing plate 10; and braze-welding the fixing plate 10 and the flow channel cap 20. The above-described method eliminates a spot-welding process which might otherwise be performed prior to the process of braze-welding the fixing plate and the flow channel cap in conventional heat exchangers, to thereby reduce manufacturing costs and labor and to improve productivity.

The method may include flowing a stream of a fluid through a first coil of a heat exchanger, separating a liquid component from the stream of the fluid, flowing the liquid component through a second coil of the heat exchanger, and flowing the stream of the fluid leaving the first coil over the first coil and the second coil, thereby cooling the stream of fluid flowing through the first coil and heating the liquid component flowing through the second coil. The apparatus may include a housing, a heat exchanger disposed within the housing, a separation chamber disposed within the housing and operable to separate a liquid component of the fluid, and a control system in fluid communication with the separation chamber and the heat exchanger, wherein the control system is operable to direct the liquid component from the separation chamber to the heat exchanger.

An enclosure defines a second fluid flow path over an exterior surface of the tube from a second fluid inlet to a second fluid outlet. A wall in the enclosure defines a first section of the second fluid flow path, which first section leads from the second fluid inlet and extends across a first portion of a length of all of the elongated segments of the tube. The wall further defines a second section of the second fluid flow path in the enclosure, which second section extends across a second portion of the length of all of the elongated segments of the tube and leads to the second fluid outlet. The interior wall is shaped and arranged such that a cross sectional area of the second fluid flow path in the enclosure changes along its length from the second fluid inlet to the second fluid outlet.

    摘要: A fuel cell system comprises: a stack unit having a cathode and an anode and generating electricity by an electrochemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen; a fuel supply unit for supplying hydrogen to the anode of the stack unit; an air supply unit for supplying air to the cathode of the stack unit; and a gas-liquid separator having a cooling device for contacting off-gas supplied to the fuel supply unit from the stack unit and thereby condensing moisture included in the off-gas. In the fuel cell system, moisture included in the off-gas is removed by the gas-liquid separator and thus combustion inside the burner is actively performed. As the result, steam is stably supplied to a steam reformer and thus a reforming reaction is smoothly performed, thereby enhancing an entire function of the fuel cell system.
