    摘要: A connection device for interconnecting two components of plastics material is provided. The components include a first wall and a second wall, which have respective edges arranged against one another, when the two components are assembled. The device includes at least one clip on the first wall and extending beyond the edge thereof, at least one first tooth and at least one second tooth on the second wall and designed to be snap engaged by the clip when the two components are in the pre-assembled state and in the assembled state, respectively. The first tooth is closer than the second tooth to the edge of the second wall such that, when pre-assembled, the two components are connected by the edges of the first wall and the second wall, the edges being spaced apart from one another. The first tooth has an inclined locking face for facilitating decoupling of the two components.

    摘要: A separator device for separating coils of a heat exchanger assembly has a top surface opposite a bottom surface, and an inner portion opposite an outer portion. The inner portion and the outer portion extend between the top surface and the bottom surface. The separator device further includes a pair of sides extending between the inner portion and the outer portion, each of the sides defining a concave curve having an apex. A lug is provided to connect the apex of each concave curve. At least one ramp is defined on the top surface and/or the bottom surface, extending from the inner portion toward the lug. The lug is arcuately shaped to project away from the top surface and the bottom surface and is shaped to correspond to a gap between adjacent coils of the heat exchanger assembly.

The cooler box may include a cooler box passage opening, and the flange plate may include a flange plate passage opening arranged complementary with the cooler box passage opening. An adapter element may have a first end section and a second end section. The adapter element may be connected to a rim of the cooler box that borders the cooler box passage opening. A pipe element may be detachably secured to the adapter element and have a first end section and a second end section. The first end section of the adapter element and the first end section of the pipe element may define a clip-type connection when the adapter element and the pipe element are secured to one another.

    摘要: A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle comprises a fluid reservoir having at least one continuous sidewall. A plurality of first coupling features are formed in a base of the sidewall, wherein the first coupling features are outward extending protrusions. The heat exchanger further comprises a header configured to receive a portion of the fluid reservoir therein. The header includes a mounting tab having a plurality of second coupling features and a plurality of reinforcing features alternately formed therein. Each of the second coupling features are cavities configured to receive a portion of a corresponding one of the first coupling features therein. A receiving surface of each of the second coupling features cooperates with an engaging surface of the corresponding one of the first coupling features.
