    摘要: The invention relates to a safe electronic device which has multichannel logic circuitry, a single channel input device, an output device, and a storage device. Data items, each of which is associated with an input value, are stored in the storage device. The multichannel logic circuitry is comprised of a first control unit and a second control unit. The first control unit reads in an input value which has been input, and transmits the input value to the second control unit which actuates the output device for outputting of optical and/or acoustic information, in response to the input value which has been input. If the optical and/or acoustic information corresponds to the input value, the selected data item is released for further use.

Selection switch settings are detected by the control unit for the electrical field device as a configuration number. The control unit uses a table, which is stored in a memory for the field device, to determine the device settings associated with the configuration number which describes the settings and the selection switches, for the electrical field device, and sets these, thus completing the configuring of the electrical field device.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for allocating subscriber device addresses in a Profinet IO network. It is an object of the invention to demonstrate a novel, further way of ensuring the allocation of station identifiers, which are needed in Profinet IO systems and on the basis of which the subsequent automatic subscriber addressing is performed by ascertaining and associating logical and physical addresses, in a simple and error-resistant manner. The invention thus provides for the development of a Profinet IO compatible subscriber device having a selector switch such that the station identifier is obtained directly from the respective setting of the selector switch in combination with a firmly prescribed group identifier which is specific to a respective particular group of subscriber devices.

    摘要: In a distributed processing system including a plurality of intelligent devices such as an optical sensor and a processing machine connected via a network to each other, when a first optical sensor is moved from a first section to a second section, if an identifier indicative of the second section is set, then the first optical sensor transmits a retrieve message containing this identifier via the network so as to seek a second optical sensor which is set to the same second section. Then, the first optical sensor acquires a setting parameter from the second optical sensor, and executes an operation in cooperation with the second optical sensor set in the same second section. As a result, in such a distributed processing system including a plurality of computers (intelligent devices) whose processing contents are different from each other, depending upon setting places thereof, workloads for changing the setting values of these computers can be reduced.
