摘要: A neutral return mechanism includes an interlocking shaft to be pushed and pulled in an axial direction in conjunction with a swinging operation of an operation member; a housing member to support the interlocking shaft such that the interlocking shaft is movable in the axial direction and accommodate the interlocking shaft such that one of opposite end portions thereof protrudes; a neutral return spring to return the interlocking shaft from a post-movement position to an initial position, the neutral return spring being accommodated in the housing member such that the neutral return spring extends in the axial direction of the interlocking shaft, wherein the housing member includes a supported portion between a spring accommodation portion in which the neutral return spring is accommodated and a protrusion opening through which the interlocking shaft protrudes, the supported portion being supported at a bracket member.

摘要: A system and method is provided for an adjustable spring plunger bumper with high initial load and low final load. The spring plunger bumper includes an exterior body surrounding a plunger. The plunger has a plunger indent into which a displacement ball is induced by a ramp sleeve biased by a ramp sleeve spring. As the plunger is displaced relative to the exterior body, the displacement ball contacts a lower displacement ball inclined surface, which provides a high initial load resisting the displacement of the plunger. However, as the displacement of the plunger continues, the displacement ball comes into contact with a smooth lower displacement ball indent surface which provides a lower load. A return spring is positioned between the plunger and the exterior body to return them to their initial position relative to each other when the displacement of the plunger is removed.

摘要: A PTO clutch for a work vehicle and an operating structure for the PTO clutch includes: a PTO clutch having a clutch member and receiving drive power from an engine; a clutch control mechanically coupled to the clutch member for manually operating the PTO clutch via the clutch member; a PTO brake disposed downstream of the PTO clutch with respect to a direction in which power is transmitted, the PTO brake being movable to a braking position in association with a clutch disengaging operation of the clutch member; and a control retaining device for retaining the clutch control at a clutch disengaging position.

摘要: A rotary pilot valve in which a force required to operate the pilot valve is reduced and especially the pilot valve can be operated with a very small operating force as in a fingertip type, and the number of parts forming the pilot valve is reduced. In a body, a tank port, a pair of pump ports, a first output port, and a second output port are formed. In a cylindrical valve, a pair of notch grooves is formed and connected with each other by a balance hole. Variable throttles are formed on a side of the tank port and a side of the pump port of the notch groove. An open area of one of the variable throttles gradually increases while an open area of the other gradually reduces by tilting of an operating lever. Pressure oil lead into the notch groove through the variable throttle is output from the first output port as an intermediate throttle pressure.

摘要: A rotating actuator includes a shaft (24) and a mechanical stop device (23) for generating a stop to limit the rotation of the shaft in a direction of rotation. The stop device acts upon the shaft to prevent the shaft from rotating further in the direction of rotation by blocking the shaft using a stop device acting mechanically on the shaft while enabling rotation of the shaft in a direction of rotation counter to the stop with slip in a stop arrangement. The slip is configured such that movement of the shaft in the direction of rotation counter to the stop is detectable. The stop device may include two independently triggered, mechanical stop devices. One stop device acts as a stop for limiting the rotation of the shaft to the right, and the other stop device acts as a stop for limiting the rotation of the shaft to the left.

摘要: A manual transmission includes a shift rail connected to a shift lever and supported by a housing so as to be axially movable, a sleeve connected to the shift rail, and a poppet plug for positioning the shift rail. When the speed change is completed by the operation of shift lever, the positioning ball of the poppet plug engages with one of poppet grooves formed in the shift rail, and the end portion of the shift rail abuts on the housing surface. As a result, the shift rail is axially held by the housing surface and the positioning ball of the poppet plug, so that the axial displacement of the shift rail is prevented. For this reason, even if a vibration occurs on the sleeve, the transmission of vibration from the sleeve to the shift lever via interposing elements including the shift rail is prevented, whereby a feeling of shifting operation is improved.
