    摘要: An electromagnetic clutch device includes meshing member connected to a first rotational member, a biasing member that biases the meshing member in a direction where a second meshing portion is meshed with a first meshing portion, and a pressing mechanism including a locking portion that presses the meshing member against a biasing force of the biasing member so as to axially move the meshing member. The locking portion is axially immovable relative to the second rotational member, and a cylindrical cam member is provided with a plurality of locked portions to be locked at different axial positions. Locking of the locking portion is shifted from one of the plurality of locked portions to another locked portion placed at a different axial position, and friction torque is caused to synchronize rotation of the first rotational member with that of the second rotational member.

    摘要: A dual actuation synchronizing clutch assembly including an improved synchronization arrangement is provided. The dual actuation synchronizing clutch assembly has a plurality of operational phases, including initial, synchronization, positioning, engagement, and running phases that vary the torque flow path between the input shaft and output shaft. A synchronizing assembly is provided that includes a synchronizer ring having a first friction surface and synchronizer teeth. A connecting gear includes a lock-up assembly with retractable elements and connecting gear teeth. An output gear includes a second friction surface configured to frictionally engage the first friction surface of the synchronizer ring, and a contoured receiving path with positioning points configured to receive the retractable elements of the lock-up assembly.

    摘要: In at least some implementations, a disconnect assembly for a driveline component, such as a power transfer unit, may include an input shaft, a disconnect shaft selectively rotated by the input shaft and an output shaft coupled to the disconnect shaft. A first gear is coupled to the disconnect shaft and a second gear is coupled to the output shaft and to the first gear so that the output shaft rotates when the disconnect shaft rotates. A connection feature is movable between an engaged position in which the input shaft and disconnect shaft are coupled and a disengaged position in which the input shaft rotates relative to the disconnect shaft. The connection feature includes a first part carried by the gear for rotation therewith and a second part movable relative to the first part and carried by the input shaft for rotation with the input shaft.

    摘要: A mechanism for coupling and uncoupling a motor inlet shaft and an outlet shaft, in particular, the inlet shaft is mounted in rotation on a front frame, and the outlet shaft is mounted in rotation on a rear frame. The outlet shaft rotates an outlet pinion, and the rear frame is slidably mounted to translate between a forward compact position and a backward deployed position. The mechanism includes a coupler, and first and second lockers to couple or uncouple the inlet and outlet shafts according to the translation of the rear frame between the forward compact position and the backward deployed position. The first locker locks in rotation the inlet shaft on the front frame, the second locker locks the outlet shaft on the rear frame. In particular, the second locker automatically locks the inlet and outlet shafts in rotation respectively, according to the displacement of the rear frame.
