    摘要： A system and method for visually displaying and analyzing public health data for geospatial and/or time variations, including the collection of symptom data coupled with geographic and time data, filtering the symptom data based upon a selected time period and geographic range, and creating a visual result based upon statistical modeling including power transform and/or data normalization. According to at least one embodiment, the system for visually displaying and analyzing includes selecting and performing at least one aberration detection method such as applying CUSUM analysis, quantile measures, and/or bootstrapping analysis, and displaying the result to a user via a visual analytics arrangement.

    摘要： The present invention provides an integrated health care surveillance and monitoring system that provides real-time sampling, modeling, analysis, and recommended interventions. The system can be used to monitor infectious and chronic diseases. When faced with outbreak of an infectious disease agent, e.g., influenza virus, the system can identify active cases through pro-active sampling in high risk locations, such as schools or crowded commercial areas. The system can notify appropriate entities, e.g., local, regional and national governments, when an event is detected, thereby allowing for proactive management of a possible outbreak. The system also predicts the best response for deployment of scarce resources.

Initiation of delivery of the modified message to the user equipment when the user equipment is in or within a predetermined range of the geographic location is caused, at least in part.

    摘要： Existing video surveillance security approaches enhanced with suitable functionality of the telecommunications wireless network are provided. Security personnel are equipped with hand-held devices capable of recording video, photos, audio, and text. This data is geo-tagged and time-stamped by the application and uploaded to the telecommunications network and stored in the network. As such, the geo-tagged, time-stamped information is immediately available to other investigators who are in the same geographic vicinity through access controls administered by a secure social network. The information may also be accessible from remote locations via the internet. All wireless and Internet communications may be protected using end-to-end secure transport layer communications protocols.
