    摘要： Systems and methods for identity verification to provide access to restricted goods or services. A first device may receive, from a second device operated on behalf of a user, a first request to purchase a restricted good or service. The first device may transmit, to the second device responsive to the first request, a second request comprising an identification of information of the user, and an identification of validation system; and may receive the requested information of the user. The first device may generate an attestation key comprising a hash of the requested information of the user and the identification of the validation system; and may determine that a record in a centralized or distributed ledger at an address corresponding to the attestation key is associated with a non-zero transaction value. Responsive to the determination, the first device may provide the restricted good or service to the user.

    摘要： A controlled dispensing system includes a dispensing fixture and a server system coupled to the dispensing fixture and a mobile device via a communication network. The server system receives from the mobile device identification data of a user of the mobile device and verifies an identity or age of the user. In accordance with the verifying of the identity or age of the user, the server system transmits to the mobile device dispense approval data including an indication that the identity or age of the user is verified. The dispensing fixture obtains via an input peripheral a dispense code provided by the mobile device, the dispense code corresponding to the dispense approval data, and in accordance with the dispense code, causes a dispensing mechanism to dispense the controlled product.

The customs clearance authentication server generates pre-customs clearance information based on product information, in response to a request from the EC server, and transmits generated pre-customs clearance information to the administration server. The EC server transmits the received pre-customs clearance information along with product information to the user terminal, and accepts, from the user terminal, an instruction to circulate the product specified via customs.

A user can register to use the system by verifying their identity and recording at least one biometric characteristic with the user device. When a user selects a restricted product for purchase at the delivery unit, the user's identity may be verified, the user's presence at the delivery unit may be verified through a liveness check and/or a location determination, the user's eligibility to purchase the selected product may be determined, and the user's ability to pay for the selected products may be determined. If the external server determines the user is eligible to purchase the selected product, the external server can send a delivery command to the delivery unit and the delivery unit may allow the user to have access to the purchased product.

The server system receives from a first computing device image data corresponding to an identification document and/or face of a consumer, and verifies an identity or age of the consumer based on the image data. The server system obtains a live video feed of the consumer from the first computing device, transmits (i) the live video feed of the consumer and (ii) the image data corresponding to the identification document and/or face of the consumer to a second computing device, receives from the second computing device a verification message indicating that the consumer in the live video feed corresponds to the identification document and/or face of the consumer, and based on the verification message, transmits to the first computing device consumer validation data including an indication that the identity or age of the consumer is verified.
