摘要: The method of continuously collecting jelly compounds from jelly filled cable is performed by recycling operation of a solvent by repeatedly heating, cleaning and condensing the recycling solvent used to deprive the jelly compounds of the jelly filled cable. The solvent can be retrieved for reuse unlimited times, and the collected jelly compounds can be purified for reuse too. The method is energy saving with less consumption of solvent. Absolutely no worry of an additional public nuisance.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for recovering materials from installation cables with bunched conductors and plastic insulation. The process is characterised in that the installation cable is cut into segments which are, after pressing down, rolled at an increased temperature ranging from 70null to 130null C., while maintain during rolling the position of the longitudinal axis of segments, which is perpendicular to the direction of motion, and next the separated conductor segments are separated form insulation and non-separated cable segments which are again subjected to the recovery process. The present invention relates further to the apparatus provided with a separating sieve (9), which comprises the segments comprising a lower plate (1) and an upper plate (2) associated with a connecting-rod mechanism (5), a pressing servo-motor (8), and a separating sieve (9) arranged under it in an angular manner.

摘要: An apparatus (100) for processing waste material is provided which comprises a heat proof chamber (102), a hot gas inlet (106, 112) for heating the interior of the heat proof chamber (102), and a rotatable drum (118) for containing waste to be processed. The drum (118) has gaps (120) therein, is located within the heat proof chamber (102), and separated therefrom around its edge by a gap. The apparatus (100) is also provided with a drive (126, 128) for rotating the drum (118) at a speed such that, in use, waste material that is heat softened is centrifugally separated from the remainder of the waste and passes through the gaps (120) in the drum (118).

摘要: A wire processing apparatus includes a microwave generator, a microwave transmitter, a waveguide coaxial converter and a wire insertion pipe, and the wire insertion pipe is disposed in the wireguide coaxial converter. In wire recycling process, after a tip end of a coated wire is inserted into the wire insertion pipe, microwave is launched into the inside of the waveguide coaxial converter. The tip end of the coated wire is separated into a decomposed coating insulator and a molten electric conductor by microwave. In wire cross-linking process, after microwave is launched into the inside of the waveguide coaxial converter, the coated wire is inserted into the wire insertion pipe. The coated wire is cross-linked by high frequency heat and a coating insulator is adhered well to an electric conductor by heat shrinking.
