    摘要: A gas processor includes a burner chamber including a first end and a second end, a gas/fuel burner having an inlet receiving air and an inlet for receiving a first combustible gas including a nozzle providing a flame extending out from the nozzle. A syn-gas chamber including injection holes and a syn-gas feed line and a syn-gas nozzle plate is coupled between the second end of the burner chamber and the gas/fuel burner including over the nozzle, wherein syn-gas is directed by the injection holes into a path of the flame for combustion of the syn-gas. An air pipe having a plurality of air discharge ports extending from the first end to within the burner chamber having an air blower coupled thereto is configured to pump air into the burner chamber.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for operating combustion process in a furnace whereby a primary fuel and a secondary fuel are burnt, to an apparatus for injecting liquid oxygen into the furnace and also to the corresponding furnace. The method comprises at least the following steps: the primary fuel and a primary oxidizer are injected into the furnace to create a primary combustion zone, liquid oxygen is injected in as secondary oxidizer such that the secondary fuel combusts with the secondary oxidizer thereby creating a distinct secondary combustion zone. The invention makes it possible for a secondary fuel having a significantly lower calorific value than the primary fuel to be burnt completely in the furnace, such that a product to be produced in the furnace has an improved quality.

    摘要: In a combustible energy recycling system and its method, the system includes an airtight incinerator body, a gas intake module and a blower. The incinerator body is filled with a combustible waste material, and the gas intake module installed in the incinerator body includes gas intake pipes, and one of the gas intake pipes is an ignition pipe for igniting the waste material in the incinerator body for a smoldering combustion, and an air outlet pipe of the blower is interconnected to the gas intake module for guiding outside air into the incinerator body, such that the outside air can move slowly upward with a high-temperature dense smoke produced in the smoldering combustion and surround every cross-section in the incinerator body for a uniform smoldering combustion, and a gas containing combustible energy in the dense smoke can be guided to a gas recycling mechanism for recycling and reusing the gas.
