摘要： A trigger switch has a switch housing fixed inside a tool housing of an electric power tool and internally having a holder, an operation unit provided outside the switch housing and connected to the switch housing so as to be approachable to and separable from the switch housing, a fixed contact provided in the holder, and a movable contact provided so as to face the fixed contact in the holder and configured to come into contact with and separate from the fixed contact in conjunction with an approaching motion and a separating motion of the operation unit with respect to the switch housing. A vibration damping elastic body is provided integrally on an outer surface of the switch housing.

摘要： A safety switch is improved by the feature of staying in an open position in the event of breakage of a working rod or breakage or dropout of an operation portion and having a simple structure facilitating size reduction. Even if a rotary shaft is released from a supported state in an operation portion because an operating force of an operation or the number of operations of extracting an actuator from the operation portion exceeds a breakage tolerance, a working rod is permitted to move in an urging direction of a coil spring and is assuredly moved to the operation portion. Therefore, a switch can be assuredly set to an open position and, hence, the safety switch can achieve the safety improvement.

摘要： The control device includes a switch (12) controlling the power supply to the motor and an actuator which actuates this switch by rotatably reacting against the moving object being restrained so as to cause said switch to be opened and to cut off the power supply to the motor. This actuator consists of a bistable mechanical device (11) capable of taking up a first state in which the switch (12) is closed and a second state in which the switch is open. The actuating device also comprises exclusively manual means, such as a cable (17) for putting the actuating device into its first state, this device being brought into its second state by reacting against the moving object.

摘要： An actuator mechanism for alternate action switching devices having at least two states includes a housing structure and an actuator member slidably engaged therewith. In order to move the switching device between states, the actuator member has a contoured surface that moves along and remains in constant sliding engagement with a correspondingly contoured surface on the housing. A biasing member urges the actuator surface into the housing surface throughout operation. This provides noiseless operation of the switching device.

摘要： A pushbutton switch is provided comprising a pushbutton having its lower portion inserted in a pushbutton housing section and being formed in its lower end with a pin accommodating hole; a pin having its upper end portion resiliently held in the pin accommodating hole by a coil spring; and a movable contact support having a movable contact piece therein and held in a switch housing section for seesaw motions by the lower end of the pin, whereby electric connection of the common contact is switched between two fixed contacts. A spring retainer plate to which the lower end of the coil spring is fixed is housed in the switch housing section for vertically upward and downward sliding movements. The spring retainer plate is formed at its opposite ends with legs depending therefrom for always maintaining the posture of the spring retainer plate parallel to the bottom panel. A switching member is interposed between the undersurface of the spring retainer plate and the top surface of the movable contact support so as to transmit the resilient force of the coil spring from the spring retainer plate to the movable contact support through the switching member to thereby hold the tilt of the movable contact support in a "bistable" manner.

摘要： A pushbutton switch having a contact movable to either of two operating positions. In the alternate action configuration, a leaf spring, acting upon a pivot block, retains the contact in either of its stable positions, permitting the pushbutton to sequentially actuate the switch to one of its operating positions each time it is pushed and released. In the alternative momentary configuration, an additional compression spring returns the switch to the first operating position whenever the pushbutton is released. Either configuration may be constructed as a single pole or as a double pole switch.

摘要： A switching mechanism has at least two terminals partly positioned within a housing and a reciprocal actuator movable within the housing. A coil spring, under endwise buckling pressure, is mounted between spaced portions of one of the terminals, with movement of the actuator causing the coil spring to pivotally move toward and away from another terminal. A slider is positioned in one end of the coil spring and arranged for contact with the actuator to cause pivotal movement of the coil spring. The actuator and slider have cooperating means for latching the actuator in an operated position.
