    摘要: A photovoltaic module includes a plurality of cells, each of the plurality of cells including grid structures spaced apart in a first direction; a plurality of connection components extending along the first direction and spaced apart in a second direction, each of the plurality of connection components being electrically connected to corresponding adjacent cells; a plurality of composite films, each of the plurality of composite films covering a surface of a respective connection component and portions of a surface of a corresponding cell on opposite sides of the respective connection component; an encapsulation layer, covering surfaces of the plurality of composite films; a cover plate, disposed on a side of the encapsulation layer away from the plurality of cells. Each of the plurality of composite films includes a first layer and a second layer, and the first layer is located between the second layer and the respective connection component.

    摘要: A manufacturing method for a flexible silicon-based cell module is provided. Specifically, cell units of a silicon-based solar cell structure are arranged and adhered to a connecting strip to form a cell string, wherein a gap is left between two adjacent cell units. The cell units in cell strings are connected in series and parallel by an interconnected bar, wherein a gap is left between two adjacent cell strings. Hard protection units adapted to the size and specification of the cell units are respectively attached to the cell units. A plurality of cell strings are connected to each other in series and parallel to form a cell assembly. A panel made of flexible material is selected to package the cell assembly to form the flexible cell module. The cell module has an excellent rollable performance and a flexible expansion, a light weight, and a small size.

    摘要: The disclosure provides a solar photovoltaic module, including a front glass plate, a first packaging adhesive film, a solar cell layer, a second packaging adhesive film, a waterproof layer, a bonding layer and a polymer back plate which are bonded successively. In the solar photovoltaic module provided in the disclosure, the front glass plate with strong rigidity and a flexible polymer back plate with light weight are arranged at two sides of the solar photovoltaic module respectively, thereby reducing the overall weight of the solar photovoltaic module. Meanwhile, the overall rigidity of the solar photovoltaic module can be ensured through the glass back plate, thereby enhancing applicability of the solar photovoltaic module in various products.
