摘要: There is provided a method of controlling a fuel cell system comprising a fuel cell, a tank that is configured to store a fuel gas filled through a filler port of fuel gas provided in an outer plate of a vehicle, and a main stop valve that is configured to change over between opening and closing to open and close a fuel passage arranged from the tank to the fuel cell. The method comprises controlling the main stop valve to change over from opening to closing in response to detection of an operation for gas filling to fill the fuel gas into the tank, when a control accompanied with opening of the main stop valve is performed during a stop of the vehicle.

摘要: An apparatus using fuel gas is provided, ensuring charge amount of a battery. The apparatus includes battery, fuel gas reservoir unit, fuel lid, open/close detection unit for detecting open/close state of fuel lid, fuel gas condition detection unit for detecting pressure and/or temperature being condition of fuel gas reserved in the fuel gas reservoir unit, communication unit for communication with fuel gas supply device, and control unit for, upon reception of signal notifying that fuel lid is in open state from open/close detection unit, performing dispensing communication to notify the fuel gas supply device, via communication unit, of condition of fuel gas having been input from fuel gas condition detection unit. The control unit stops dispensing communication when control unit has determined, according to signal received from open/close detection unit that predetermined time has elapsed with the fuel lid remaining in open state after starting dispensing communication.

摘要: A voltage synchronization method and system are provided. The system includes a main controller that is configured to determine whether voltage synchronization is possible. When the voltage synchronization is determined to be possible, the main controller is configured to transmit a voltage synchronization command to a plurality of auxiliary controllers. The plurality of auxiliary controllers are configured to adjust sensed voltages based on an output voltage of a fuel cell stack when the transmitted voltage synchronization command is received.

摘要: A fuel cell system for a vehicle with a fuel cell that generates electricity through a supply of anode gas and cathode gas is provided. The fuel cell system includes an idle stop execution unit configured to stop an idling of the fuel cell system according to a vehicle running state, a compressor control unit configured to execute a stop control on a cathode compressor during the idle stop, and an external air introduction control unit configured to restrain an introduction of external air to the fuel cell during the idle stop, wherein the external air introduction control unit is configured to release restraining the introduction of external air according to a voltage in the fuel cell during the idle stop.

摘要: When a first timing at which a fuel gas is injected to a fuel gas supply flow path by an injector and a second timing at which water residing on a circulation flow path is discharged by controlling rotating speed of a circulation pump coincide with each other, a controller performs either: (i) a first process of operating the circulation pump at a preset RPM without injecting the fuel gas to the fuel gas supply flow path by the injector; or (ii) a second process of injecting the fuel gas to the fuel gas supply flow path by the injector and operating the circulation pump at an RPM lower than the preset RPM.

摘要: A control device for a vehicle includes a fuel cell, a motor-generator, a power unit, a transmission, a motor-generator control unit configured to perform a power control on the motor-generator based on a driver request torque, and a generated power control unit configured to control the generated power of the fuel cell based on a load of the fuel cell including the motor-generator. The motor-generator control unit performs a shifting power control for decreasing a rotation speed of the motor-generator during an upshift of the transmission, and a power control on the motor-generator based on a limit torque of the motor-generator during the shifting power control. The limit torque of the motor-generator being calculated based on an actual generated power of the fuel cell per unit time and an acceptable power of the power unit per unit time.

The front cowl expands to left and right sides of the DC/DC converter in the vehicle width direction to collect travelling wind to the heat radiation fin.

The fuel cell vehicle includes an electric motor, a fuel cell supported by a frame to supply electric power to the electric motor, a fuel tank supported by the frame to store fuel to be supplied to the fuel cell, a valve module disposed below a cross member and behind the fuel tank, and a piping fitting connecting fuel piping to the valve module. The valve module includes a cut-out stepped portion provided in a side-face side of an upper portion of the valve module. The piping fitting is attached to the cut-out side face, the piping fitting being disposed between the cross member and the cut-out top face in a vehicle vertical direction.

摘要: Provided are a terminal table and a terminal table unit allowing a plurality of busbars to be connected certainly and easily with reactor busbars of reactor securing members that are connected with reactors included in reactor units having an error. A sensor terminal table 30 includes a plurality of sensor busbars 40 and a sensor-attached holding body holding the plurality of sensor busbars 40. The sensor busbars 40 each include a reactor-side connection portion 40a on the bottom side in a height direction H and a top connection portion 40b on the top side in the height direction H. The reactor-side connection portion 40a is connectable with a reactor re, and the top connection portion 40b is connectable with an IPM or a fuel cell FC. At least one of the plurality of sensor busbars 40 is a movable busbar 41 or 43 attached to the sensor-attached holding body 31 so as to be movable in the height direction H with respect to the sensor-attached holding body 31. The movable busbar 41 or 43 has the reactor-side connection portion 40a connectable with the reactor re.
