Abstract:
The “STRUCTURAL PROFILE FOR ELECTRICAL CABINET” comprises a profile that presents a front sealing area and is positioned in relation thereto at 90°, a side sealing area, an inner fixing wall, an inner fixing side, an inner fixing tab, an outer fixing wall, an outer fixing side and a central barrier.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a sealing element for hollow sections, including a seal carrier that extends along a longitudinal axis and has two arms each of which has an outer face and an inner face and which are connected together, as one piece, at longitudinal edges that face each other such that they form a corner angle between them seals mounted on or near a free longitudinal edge of each arm and running parallel to the free longitudinal edge, on the outer face of the associated arm, and a securing device, on at least one inner face of an arm, for detachably securing the sealing element onto a corner of a hollow section. A cover cap serves to complete the sealing elements, the cap being provided, on its outer face, with one or more sealing sections designed to connect to ends of the seals of the sealing element.
Abstract:
An enclosed switchboard includes: a device containing board which contains main circuit devices such as circuit breakers; and a cable connection board which is arranged side by side adjacently to the device containing board, and contains cables that input and output electric power to/from the main circuit devices. In the enclosed switchboard, the cable connection board is configured by one housing; and the inside of the housing is divided into two by a partition plate to be comparted to a cable lead-in compartment which contains lead-in side cables and a cable lead-out compartment which contains lead-out side cables.
Abstract:
An end unit has an end wall and first and second side walls forming a corner. One end of an L-shaped rail with first and second flanges seats in the corner against the end wall, with the flanges flat against the side walls. One side wall has a protrusion abutting the first flange to restrict movement of the rail away from the other side wall. The first side wall has a tab in a slot in the first flange, engaging the flange on a side of the slot away from the end wall, preventing movement of the rail away from the first side wall, while permitting movement of the rail away from the end wall to a position where the tab aligns with the slot to permit movement of the rail away from the first side wall. A pin in aligned holes prevents the movement away from the end wall.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method for producing rectangular or square wall elements from flat sheet metal, including determining a length and width of a wall element, providing a flat sheet metal piece incising two longitudinal edge portions to form two incisions to form two tabs for each longitudinal edge portion separated by a respective incision from the remaining longitudinal edge portion, right-angled folding of a respective strip, formed by the incisions, right-angled folding of the tabs parallel to the longitudinal edge at the level of the base of the associated incision, right-angled folding of the longitudinal edge portions along the longitudinal edge, right-angled folding of the transverse edge portions parallel to the transverse edge to form a strip having a width corresponding to the transverse dimension of the tabs, and right-angled folding of the transverse edge portions along the transverse edge.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to console modules and modular console systems. In one aspect, a console module unit is provided comprising a frame, the frame comprising first and second spaced apart frame sections, each frame section comprising two spaced apart side supports and two spaced apart lateral supports, each lateral support disposed between and forming junctions with corresponding ends of the side supports, and a plurality of cross supports interconnecting the first and second frame sections, wherein at least one of the side, lateral, and cross supports is in the form of an extrusion, the extrusion defining at least one re-entrant channel extending in a direction of its longitudinal axis, the at least one re-entrant channel for receiving at least a portion of a coupler. In another aspect, a modular console system comprising at least two console modules is provided.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a corner connector for hollow profiles, including a base element having a first and a second wall section connected at a right angle and in one piece to each other on one respective lateral edge that forms a connecting edge, a first guide and connection groove extends from a lateral edge that is adjacent and in parallel to the connecting edge, and at least one essentially plate-shaped, rectangular additional element, wherein two guide and connection projections protrude from its inner side complementary to the first guide and connection grooves which can be inserted into the first guide and connection grooves in a direction parallel to the connecting edge and, in the fully inserted position, secure the additional element flush on the base element in order to form a third wall section arranged at a right angle to the first and the second wall section.
Abstract:
An enclosure, in accordance with an embodiment of the invention, comprises a plurality of peripheral frame members, a plurality of corner frame members, a plurality of corner members, a plurality of primary surface sheets, and a plurality of secondary surface sheets. In preferred embodiments, the components of the enclosure are joined together in a manner that inhibits liquids from accessing the junctions between the components. In this manner, the interior of the enclosure can be shielded from various weather and other conditions.
Abstract:
An attachment part for a mechanical connection of a rear wall to a first and a second side wall, a base wall and a ceiling wall of a cabinet includes a plurality of resilient tongues each integrally formed on the attachment part and each having a latching lug, wherein the attachment part can be attached to an inside of the rear wall at each one of four corners of the rear wall at a right angle with the rear wall, and wherein the first and the second side wall, the base wall and the ceiling wall are each firmly latchable to the latching lugs.
