Abstract:
A pair of environment-friendly popcorn bridging shoes and a production process thereof are provided. The upper of each bridging shoe comprises an inner bootie, which is composed of a lining and an inner pad formed by single injection molding, and a vamp; the collar of the inner bootie is fixedly connected with that of the vamp, and the lower edge of the vamp wrapped by a PU bridging layer extends to the bottom surface of the inner pad fixedly connected with the same; the upper and a popcorn sole made of mixed PU and TPU popcorn particles are integrally connected by the PU bridging layer. The shoe making process is simpler, and firmer bonding and better shock absorbing performance of the shoes are achieved; the vamp and the sole can well wrap the foot; and the dissolution proportion of shoes is increased by increasing the consumption of the PU material.
Abstract:
A shoe sole made of recycled shoes is provided, which uses recycled used shoes as a primary constituent of the raw material thereof; wherein general waste shoes or used shoes are recycled completely regardless the materials they have. After being processed to remove metal accessories, the recycled shoes are pulverized to form particles recycled raw material, which is then subjected to high temperature deodorization and drying. The materials of the whole shoes that are recycled is applied, at a percentage of 20-80%, depending upon the desired property of the shoe sole to be made, and added with 5-50% of natural and synthetic rubber material and a proper amount of curing additives, activation prompting agents, and filling agents, followed by uniformly mixing to make a shoe outsole having the desired property. As such, the used shoes can be totally recycled and reused.
Abstract:
A footwear article is formed by providing at least one spent automobile tire having a tread, separating a portion of the tread of the tire, trimming the separated portion into the general shape of a foot and securing the separated portion to a top sole portion. The bottom sole portion of the footwear article has a generally, non-uniform thickness and irregular pattern. The bottom sole portion can fixer have elements of a scrub pattern indicator element, a tie bar indicator and/or a ply fragment visible on an outer edge thereof.
Abstract:
Low-cost, single-use, disposable foot coverings and a method of using them to facilitate the protection of the feet of individuals who remove their shoes and would otherwise have to walk barefoot are disclosed. Assemblages of a number of such foot coverings (e.g., in the form of a continuous serrated roll of them) and methods of making the assemblages are also disclosed. The foot coverings may be particularly useful at security stations (e.g., in airports) where individuals must remove their shoes for inspection and then walk barefoot until their shoes are returned to them.
Abstract:
A method for producing a biodegradable plastic material includes: hydrolyzing starch to form a hydrolyzed starch; esterifying the hydrolyzed starch to form a hydrolyzed and esterified starch; drying the hydrolyzed and esterified starch to obtain a dried modified starch; and mixing the dried modified starch with a plastic material, such as an EVA copolymer.

Abstract:
Method 10 discloses a process for creating a pair of athletic shoes having cleats thereon. The process is comprised of taking a first pair of athletic shoes 14 and removing a portion of the sole having cleats therein, the selectively removed portion hereinafter referred to as the cleat plate 22. Then taking a second pair of shoes 18 designated by the user for which shoes they desire to have cleats thereon and creating a cavity 30 within the soles of the second pair of shoes, the cavity conforming substantially to the dimensions of the cleat plate 22, and fixedly attaching the cleat plate to the respective sole by means of fasteners 24, 26 such as screws and/or adhesive 28 that bonds to rubber and plastic surfaces.
Abstract:
A shoe sole structure includes at least two kinds of PU material and waste chips and a foaming agent are evenly mixed with the two kinds of PU material. The mixture is foamed and formed to be desired shapes.
Abstract:
A shoe, especially to a sports shoe, which includes a sole element and a shoe upper part, wherein the sole element and the shoe upper part are thereby held together that a wire-like connection element is guided through eye- or tube-like sections at the sole element and at the shoe upper part. To allow the separation of the shoe upper part and sole at recycling in an easy manner and apart from that to make the shoe upper part and the sole exchangeable the eye- or tube-like sections are arranged in a lateral outer region of the sole element and eye- or tube-like sections are arranged in a lateral outer region of the shoe upper part.
