Abstract:
The container is connected to a tube (1) defining an opening (2) of the container to the outside, the opening being able to be closed by a plug (3) suitable to be introduced by axial sliding into the tube (1). The plug (3) is associated with a plate (7) co-operating with axial locking means (8, 9) provided in the tube (1) and allowing the plate (7) to extend transversally in this in front of the plug (3) to prevent the removal of this when there is an over-pressure in the container. The axial locking means (8, 9) of the plate (7) include a first slot (8) in the wall of the tube (1) and a second slot (9) diametrically opposed to the first slot (8). The plate (7) is suitable to be introduced transversally into the tubular element (1) through the first slot (8) and to project outside the tubular element through the second slot (9).
Abstract:
A reusable container for the sterile transfer of pharmaceutical recipients, in particular of syringe bodies. The container comprises an outer case and a sterilizable interior, wherein the interior is microbially isolated from the environment of the container. The interior has at least one holder for accommodating at least one nest for storing a plurality of pharmaceutical recipients. The nest can be removably accommodated in the holder. The container further has at least one container door for removing or introducing the nest into the interior and at least one lock for coupling the container to a sterile space. The lock is configured in such a way that, after coupling to the sterile space, it is possible to open the container door without substantially suspending sterility.
Abstract:
Opening/closing safety device to be mounted on a bayonet pan, consisting of a body (1) to which a side handle is attached (11), and a lid (2) to which an upper body is attached (3), which consists of a lever (4) which, when it is in its initial position, guarantees that there is no pressure inside the pan and which, when it is locked (pressure cooker), prevents the pan from opening.
Abstract:
A safety interlock for a pressure vessel having a shell portion, a door portion and an opening in one of the portions, the interlock including a collar affixed to the outside of the pressure vessel surrounding the opening, the collar having a bore therethrough with an enlarged section extending partway toward the pressure vessel opening, a resilient ring seal disposed within the enlarged section of the bore, a guide bushing positioned within the enlarged section of the bore in contact with the seal, a support bracket affixed to another portion of the pressure vessel, a movable shear bolt carried by the support bracket, and means for advancing the shear bolt when the bolt is aligned with the pressure vessel opening through the guide bushing, ring seal and collar into contact with the opening of the pressure vessel and maintaining the end of the bolt tightly against the pressure vessel opening so a pressure can selectively be maintained within the vessel.
Abstract:
A rectangular safety container having a hinged lid and latches which are released by squeezing the walls of the container. The latches are concealed when the container is closed, and they must be released in a predetermined sequence to open the container.
Abstract:
A security sleeve for merchandise storage containers includes a frame that defines a storage compartment. The frame defines an insertion opening through which the merchandise is loaded into the storage compartment. The frame may be configured to hold any of a variety of merchandise packages including various items of recorded media such as video cassettes, CDs, and DVDs. The sleeve includes at least one locking member that blocks a portion of the insertion opening to prevent the merchandise from being removed from the storage compartment until the frame is destroyed.
