The invention provides a rotary four-way reversing valve with low pressure drop and low leakage, comprising a valve body and a valve core arranged in the valve body through bearings. The valve body comprises a low-pressure exhaust tube, a high-pressure air inlet tube, a condenser tube and an evaporating tube. The valve core is slantingly divided by a U-shaped seal ring with a spring into a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber that are not communicated with each other. The valve core comprises a through hole arranged in the high-pressure chamber and aligned with the high-pressure air inlet tube of the valve body and an opening aligned with the condenser tube or the evaporating tube, an opening arranged in the low-pressure chamber and always aligned with the low-pressure exhaust tube and an opening aligned with the condenser tube or the evaporating tube. By rotating the valve core by about 180°, a high-pressure air inflow from the high-pressure chamber is switched from being aligned with the condenser tube to being aligned with the evaporating tube, and a low-pressure exhaust from the low-pressure chamber is switched from being aligned with the evaporating tube to being aligned with the condenser tube. With the four-way reversing valve of the invention, the loss in circulating pressure is low, there is almost no leakage in the valve, and reliable reversing is achieved.

A pneumatic program register comprising a plurality of sequential by cascaded modules, each module comprising a pneumatic flip-flop, an AND cell with two inputs and an OR cell with two inputs, one input of said OR cell being connected with the output of said flip-flop of same module, said output of said flip-flop being also connected with one of the inputs of said AND cell of same module, the other input of said OR cell being connected, on the one hand, with the output of the OR cell of the following sequential module, so that the OR cells of all sequential modules are connected in series, and, on the other hand, with the reset port of said flip-flop of the same module, the trigger input of said flip-flop being connected with the output of the AND cell of the preceding sequential module.

A fluid operated control valve for controlling fluid flow of a system which includes a first and a second fluid channels therein, the control valve includes: a hollow casing with closed first and second ends; a piston member slidably disposed within the casing and defining thereby within the casing a first chamber adjacent to the first end of the casing and a second chamber adjacent to the second end of the casing; a first magnet disposed adjacent the first chamber of the casing for attracting the piston member to a first terminal position; a second magnet disposed adjacent the second chamber of the casing for attracting the piston member to a second terminal position. The control valve further includes: an input port disposed adjacent to an intermediate location in the casing; a first output port disposed in the casing in fluid communication with the first chamber; a second output port disposed in the casing in fluid communication with the second chamber; wherein the control valve is adapted to alternately inflate and deflate the two fluid channels of the system through the ports in response to the reciprocal movement of the piston member. Pad systems utilizing the control valve are also disclosed.

A controlling device for hydraulic consumers (10, 12) has one controlling valve (18) for controlling a supply pipeline (TReg) for the hydraulic consumer (10, 12) and a tank return pipeline (TRO). Because the control valve (18) is connected to an additional supply pipeline (TR) and constructed as a priority valve, the supply pipeline (TReg) receives priority preference of a fluid supply system over the priority of the tank return pipeline (TRO). A sensor circuit is realized which checks whether, in accordance with the load situation at the hydraulic consumer (10, 12), there is any need at all for a supply flow.

The valve includes an input port and two output ports and an arrangement to cause fluid pulses to appear at the output ports as a result of the appearance of fluid pulses alternately at the inlet port. The fluid pulses fed to the inlet port directly appears at the outlet ports and directly causes the valve to pass at least through three successive positions for every two successive pulses at the inlet port. This valve controls the operation of a pneumatic control circuit of a wire cutting, skinning and wrapping tool which is mounted in the handgrip of the tool.
