    摘要: The present invention refers to a valve actuator device comprising an upper plate and a lower plate facing each other, defining a housing inside which a cylinder with a stem is housed. The stem is connected to a rotor arm by a guiding element inserted and slidably in line between a lower position and an upper position within guiding grooves arranged in the respective upper plate and lower plate. The rotor arm is configured to rotate about a rotation axle arranged in a rotating element. The valve actuator device may include a position sensor system for detecting an open position and a closed position. The valve actuator device may include a manual override system for manually opening or closing the valve.

    摘要: A sub-plate mounted valve for installation in a sub-plate or manifold for controlling hydraulic systems, such as subsea blowout preventers. A spool (123) disposed within the valve is movable between an open position in which fluid flow is permitted from a supply port (108) of the manifold to a function port (106) of the manifold, and a closed position in which fluid flow is permitted between a return port (110) of the manifold and the function port (106). The spool (123) is moved between the open and the closed position by supplying pressurized fluid to a piston (126) disposed on the outside surface of the spool. One or more springs (130) may also act on the piston to bias the spool into the open or the closed position. To facilitate proper alignment of the valve within the manifold, the valve may be rotated within the manifold to align indicators (450, 452) corresponding to particular features of the manifold and the valve.

The valve actuator (100) may include a body (126), a piston (134), a first spring (136) displaceable between a primary position (154) and a secondary position (156), and a second spring (138) displaceable between a first position (158a) and a second position (160a). The first and second springs (136, 138) are configured to be simultaneously displaced during movement of the piston (134) from a first piston position (142) to a second piston position (144). The first spring (136) is configured to compress to a higher first spring force (F1) during displacement from the primary position (154) to the secondary position (156), and the second spring (138) is configured to have a decreasing second spring force (F2) during displacement from the first position (158a, 158b) to the second position (160a, 160b), the second spring force (F2) decreasing non-linearly.

    摘要: An actuated valve system operates (open/close) automatically under overpressure condition. The system includes an on/off valve assembly, a spring actuator assembly configured to actuate the on/off valve assembly to open or close a path for the pressurized fluid, a lock mechanism with one locking yoke and two rotatable locking handles, a collapsible pin type pressure sensing assembly configured to trigger the action of the spring actuator assembly, and a pressure sensing line. The collapsible pin type pressure sensing assembly includes a body, a plunger with two stems, one of which is rigidly connected with the locking yoke, and a collapsible pin, which mechanically fails when the fluid pressure reaches the predetermined level. When the collapsible pin fails, the plunger moves together with the locking yoke, and the locking yoke loses its restriction to the motive element of the spring actuator assembly, and thus trigger the operation of the actuated valve system.
