    摘要: A combination steam trap and flow valve assembly including a compact housing having a steam trap chamber, valve chambers, a cover, and a body. The steam trap and valve chambers are integrally formed within the body to create a compact integral assembly. Valve assemblies are received in the valve chambers to control the flow of steam and/or condensate into and out of the assembly. A steam trap mechanism is positioned within the steam trap chamber and the valve unit of the steam trap mechanism being positioned in the cover. The cover is removably attached to the uppermost surface of the body. Passages are provided in the body and cover thereby allowing the flow of steam and/or condensate to the steam trap chamber.

The first lever is connected to the bucket and the second lever carries the valve member. The linkage mechanism is arranged such that the second lever initially undergoes pivotal movement to disengage the valve member from the valve seat and then translatory movement to the fully open position of the valve.

    摘要: An inverted bucket-type steam trap has a completely sealed casing of uniform wall thickness and preferably made of stainless steel. The casing is comprised of an upper part and a lower part. The lower part and the upper part both have a cylindrical wall portion which is open at one end and closed at the other end by a spherical segment-shaped bottom wall. The upper part and the lower part are affixed to each other by welding. The upper part has sidewardly extending outlet and inlet fitting means welded thereto. A valve is provided in association with the outlet fitting means. An inverted bucket is movable vertically inside the casing in response to the presence of condensate therein to operate the valve between opened and closed positions. An inlet tube is provided inside the casing and it extends from the inlet fitting means into the lower end of the bucket.

The heat pipe in the preferred embodiment is a vertical discharge pipe which utilizes flash steam in the discharge manifold as its working vapor and which transfers its heat to the condensate in an inverted bucket trap and its inlet pipe through a heat exchange arrangement.
