    摘要： Automated condensate drain line cleaning apparatus are disclosed. In one aspect, an apparatus may include a controller, a fluid supply line, and at least one fluid flow regulation device. The at least one fluid flow regulation device may be electrically coupled with the controller to receive at least one control signal from the controller. The at least one fluid flow regulation device may cause a fluid to flow into a condensate drain line through the fluid supply line responsive to the at least one control signal. Other apparatus as well as methods and kits are also disclosed.

    摘要： An improved seal ring for sealing across the annular space between the exterior of a seat ring and the inner surface of a counterbore recess surrounding the entry of either the inlet or outlet into the valve chamber within the valve body, the seal ring including a pair of radially extending flanges connected by a tubular connector extending between the radial midportions of the flanges and the leading flange having inner and outer sealing surfaces which provide a high interference fit seal between the recess inner surface and the seat ring outer surface and the trailing flange having inner and outer sealing surfaces which provide a low interference fit seal between the recess inner surface and the seat ring outer surface. A spacer ring is provided to seat against the shoulder of the counterbore recess and retain the sealing flanges.

    摘要： A lubricated split plug valve includes a valve body defining a chamber with fluid ports therethrough. A valve stem is rotatably mounted in the body and engages a split cylindrical valve member. The valve member includes a cylindrical passage with first and second inlets. The valve member includes a pair of core halves defined along an oblique plane passing through the cylindrical passage. Identical grooves are fabricated on the outer peripheral surface of the core halves with portions that substantially surround one of the passage inlets defined in the particular core half. The groove also includes a continuous portion encircling the remaining outer periphery of each core half. Each groove is in fluid communication with a reservoir wherein lubricant may be introduced from a source into the groove. A piston is in each reservoir and biased under the influence of line pressure and gravity forces.

    摘要： A valve comprising a housing with an inlet and outlet and a chamber in between, a reciprocating gate mounted in a gate seat disposed within the chamber for opening and closing the valve, an upper bonnet for closing the chamber at one end and a lower bonnet for closing the chamber at the other end, the gate being disposed between upper and lower stems which extend into the upper and lower bonnets respectively. Metal-to-metal seals are provided at all junctures between the above members in the lower gate position with back-up seals at the junctures of all moving members.A double edged seal ring integral with the upper stem self-contained within the upper bonnet provides a metal-to-metal seal with the upper bonnet in the upper and lower gate positions of the valve.A metal gasket arrangement is provided between the upper bonnet and valve body whereby the assemblage of all points of contact between the gasket and body form an annular ring.A combination seal ring of metal and plastic is disposed between the gate seat and valve body at the outlet whereby the metal prevents the plastic from extruding between the seat and body and into the outlet.A removable backseat may be used to simultaneously seal the upper bonnet and upper stem upon moving the valve to one of its positions.
