摘要： A quarter-turn fastener and hanger assembly for connection to a base plate having a fastener receiving receptacle, including a hanger bracket having a fastener receiving hole. The fastener includes a body rotatable between an insertion position for connection to the base plate and a locked position releasably securing said hanger bracket to the base plate having a head portion to move said fastener between the insertion position and the locked position, and an attachment portion sized to pass through the fastener receiving hole in the hanger bracket and the fastener receptacle in the base plate with at least one abutment surface to abut the back surface of the base plate in the locked position. The head portion includes deformable resilient arms extending laterally outward and toward said attachment portion with ends to engage a front face of said hanger bracket to urge said at least one abutment surface into abutting relation to the back surface of the base plate. The hanger assembly further includes a fabric member connected to the hanger bracket and to a supported element. In one form the hanger bracket includes forwardly bent tangs defining a locked position limit stop surface and a locked position retention limit stop surface with one of said deformable resilient arms abutting the stop surfaces to maintain the fastener in the locked position.

摘要： A fastening or mounting apparatus for releasably joining two objects is disclosed. The apparatus uses a cam portion opposite a hook portion in a structure of one of the objects to engage with flanges, protrusions or ends of the other object. In the case of flanges, one of the flanges deforms a resilient element in the hook portion during insertion, and the other flange snaps into the detent of the cam portion upon application of force. The apparatus may be adaptable from small scale applications to large-scale heavy duty applications.

The device comprises a collar fitted over the shaft and a retainer including a body having a geometry of similar figure with the collar and fitted over the collar on the shaft, and at least one pair of first and second spring engagement pieces provided at both edges of the body. A first axial region and second axial region of the U-shaped end of the spring are engaged with the first piece and the second piece, respectively, whereby the end of the spring is fixed to the shaft through the device.

The first component may include a plate, two side walls and two flanges extending from the side walls. The second component may include a plate, a first lip and a second lip. The first lip has a cavity holding a resilient element. The second lip may have a convex portion and at least partially define a detent. One of the flanges engages with the resilient element in the cavity while the two components are non-parallel. The first flange compresses the resilient element while the second flange contacts the convex portion. The resilient element biases the second flange against the detent once the two components are parallel.

The attaching device (6) comprises a resin-made collar (6a) of a substantially reverse U-shape in cross-section adapted to be fitted over the round shaft (3) and a metal-made retainer (6b) including a body (60) having a geometry of similar figure with the collar and adapted to be fitted over the collar on the round shaft, and at least one pair of inner and outer spring engagement pieces (61, 62) provided at both edges of the body, the inner and outer spring engagement piece extending downward from the both edges of the body and bent laterally outwardly at lower ends thereof. A first axial region (71) and second axial region (72) of the substantially U-shaped end portion (7a) of the at least one spring (7) are adapted to be engaged with the inner spring engagement piece (61) and the outer spring engagement piece (62), respectively, whereby the end portion of the at least one spring is adapted to be fixed to the round shaft through the attaching device.

摘要： A patient transfer device includes a base assembly movable in forward and lateral directions. A power train is mounted within the base assembly, and is connected to a clamping and strap assembly. A power and switching system is in electrical communication with the power train. A retractor bar carries one or more clamping devices that are releasably attachable to a sheet. The clamping devices include a clamp handle pivotally connected to a clamp base and a clamp arm eccentrically pivotally connected to the clamp handle. The clamping and strap assembly is supported on the base assembly by a vertical adjustment assembly that includes a positioning mechanism for releasably locking the clamping and strap assembly at one of a plurality of vertical positions. An attendant can stand on the base assembly to act as a counterbalance to a patient's weight.

The clip is generally V-shaped with a pair of opposing sides joined at one end to form an apex. At the apex end is a pair of opposing fingers which are generally parallel to the clip sides. The fingers form a slot on each side. The clip is slid and retained by a friction fit within the slot such that when three clips are installed the fingers and slots formed therein can hold the sign graphics strip. The clip can flex somewhat to allow for insertion in a slot in the louver.

摘要： A self propelled lawnmower protective component used to support the grass catcher door is formed of a plastic material that is more flexible than the polyethylene material used in the prior art. By using co-extrusion, two different plastics are extruded into one shape. When applied to the lawnmower structure, the adhesion between the basic profile and a co-extruded ball or flap is extremely tight. Metallocene olefin is the plastic material which, when compressed under load and heat, recovers its original shape, similar to a soft rubber product and still has the capability of adhering to the polyethylene profile, so as not to separate after continuous or repeated use.
