    摘要: A lathe includes a main shaft, a moving shaft, a cutter mounted on the moving shaft, and a clamping assembly. The cutter is capable of telescopic translation relative the moving shaft. The clamping assembly includes a cylinder mounted on the cutter, an assembly member mounted on the cylinder, a moving member, and at least two clamping members. The cylinder defines an inner cavity, and a first air intake and a second air intake communicated to the inner cavity. The moving member is movably mounted in the inner cavity and partially received in the assembly member, and capable of telescopic translation relative the assembly member. The clamping members are movably mounted on the assembly member and engaged with the moving member. The clamping members are translatably urged by the moving member in a direction relative the axis defined by the assembly member.

The fabric can be cut with a cutting laser, which may be a multi-axis laser, and/or have low power.

An airfoil is produced having the first and second blades. A cutting tool for machining the airfoil includes a shank. A cutting surface adjoins the shank and provides a cutting contour corresponding to an airfoil surface. The cutting surface extends along a cutting length axially from a nose to near a cutting boundary. The cutting length is configured to be greater than the blade length.

    摘要: Tube ends such as those of boiler tube banks, are prepared utilizing any of various combinations of processes which include a step of micro-diameter tube film removal from a portion of a tube end, including an area below a beveled segment, or segment to be beveled. The micro-diameter film removal step provides the tube with an exposed, clean metal surface which is conducive to a subsequent welding or bonding operation performed on the tube. In yet a further embodiment, tube film removal blades are provided having a curved or rounded edge which can be utilized in milling operations having close quarters. In a further embodiment, milling head cutting blades are provided which are adjustable. In a preferred embodiment, the milling head cutting blades and/or bevel blades are provided with elongated, slotted bores.

The tube film removal milling head includes an attached blade having a planar face configuration which enables tube film removal.
