摘要: A punching device comprising a pair of opposed complementary dies vertically guided by a pair of guide rods each rotatably connected to a crank pin to continuously punch band material moving between the dies. The crank pins rotate synchronously in opposed directions with their crank centers spaced only vertically relative to the working plane. Each of the dies supports a plurality of cooperating tools and the tools in one of the dies are independently axially movable male punches sealingly guided in ducts communicating with a closed chamber filled with a fluid.

摘要: A flying shear for cutting moving stock between two blades carried by blade carriers, and having a crank for actuating at least one of the blade carriers with the crank throw being adjustable in order to alter the lengths of stock cut off and the distance between the crank pin and the blade cutting edge being adjustable in order to compensate for the adjustment of the crank throw.

摘要: A flying shear has a frame; an upper knife holder set in the frame for free movement forward and backward therein, the top surface of the upper knife holder contacting the frame through intermediate members, the upper knife holder having oscillating arms each extending downward along its respective sides, a lower knife holder moving vertically along the guiding portion of the oscillating arms of the upper knife holder and oscillating integrally with the upper knife holder forward and backward, an oscillating device for oscillating the upper knife holder forward and backward; and a driving device for vertically moving the lower knife holder.
