摘要： Machine for the automatic or semi-automatic trimming or cutting of vines and espalier-trained trees or shrubs. The machine includes at least one cutting assembly constituted by a plurality of cutting tools stacked about a common shaft. Each of these cutting tools includes a rotative circular cage having the shape of a scalloped disk with notches extending toward the cage interior and demarcated by teeth (5). The teeth include an extreme portion and superposed bars . The superposed bars extend from this extreme portion in the direction of the rotational axis of the rotating cage. Each of these cutting tools also includes an interior member which participates in the cutting action, and is housed in the rotating cage. The extreme portion of the teeth of the rotating cages forms a projecting angle, and the inclined edges of this pointed portion are provided with at least one notch.

摘要： A cutting attachment is provided having a first body member, a second body member and a plurality of pins spaced an equi-distance apart for connecting the first body member to the second body member to form a rigid body wherein at least a portion of the first and second body members are spatially disposed a distance apart, each of the pins having a bearing surface substantially corresponding in length to the distance between the first and second body members. The cutting attachment further includes a connector for connecting the rigid body to a shaft or arbor of a rotating cutting apparatus and a plurality of cutting members connected to the pins such that the cutting members are rotatable about the pins and axially movable along the bearing surface of the pins to effect cooling of the bearing surface of the pins and thereby enhance the life of the cutting members by reducing heat and friction between the pins and the cutting members due to movement of the cutting members about and along the bearing surface of the pins.

A selection of sizes of saw-blade cutter bars are attachable to a variety of hydraulic lifting and maneuvering machines that are attachable to a variety of sizes and types of agricultural and industrial tractors.

摘要： The invention provides accessories for use with a rotary lawn mower in which the conventional bar having oppositely facing cutting edges is replaced with an accessory bar to which a variety of grass grooming accessories can be easily attached. The accessory bar can accommodate replaceable grass cutting elements, grass mulching elements and lawn power raking elements. The elements can be replaced without removing the accessory bar from the mower and are balanced to reduce vibration. Two of the accessories have cutting edges which are factory sharpened on relatively low cost elements, and thus can be discarded when blunt and replaced with new, low cost factory sharpened elements, thus maintaining balance. The rake accessory has a variation which permits a fine adjustment of vertical height of the rake above the lawn, to accommodate lawn mowers having coarse or no height adjustment.
