    摘要： An apparatus for separating of flowable and non-flowable constituents mixed with each other, particularly for the purpose of preparation of foodstuffs, operates with an elastic presser belt which is held pressed against the circumferential surface of a separating drum and which is guided between laterally bounding walls. For reducing the unavoidable leakage flow in the region of the radial sealing gap located between the perforated drum and the presser belt, the sealing gap is provided with a radial recess, which extends over the region of the separating drum encompassed by the presser belt and has an opening in the region of the entry wedge which connect said recess with this region.

    摘要： A structure of an extruding apparatus for extruding a synthetic resin, including a first extruder and a second extruder having a vent hole, is disclosed. The extruding apparatus includes: a first extruder; and a second extruder having a cylinder with a vent hole, a supply port provided at the proximal end of the cylinder, and connected to a discharge port of the first extruder, a distribution/supply means provided inside the cylinder, having a plurality of passages for fluidically connecting the supply port and a space inside the cylinder, and distributing and supplying a molding material supplied to the supply port into the cylinder, a discharge port provided at the distal end of the cylinder, a screw shaft arranged inside the cylinder, and a motor for driving the screw shaft. An airtight vacuum chamber connected to the vacuum pump is mounted on an outer portion of the vent hole.

    摘要： This disclosure relates to an extruder including a casing which forms a cylindrical bore and a peripheral passage for a heating or cooling medium around the bore. A screw is mounted in the bore and axially fixed to the casing, but adapted to be rotated in the bore. The screw has a thread forming a spiral passage for rubber materials in the bore. A number of projections extend from the casing and into the spiral passage, and the thread is formed with notches for the projections to pass through as the screw rotates. A cylindrical sleeve is mounted within the casing and supports the projections. The casing and the sleeve are divided or split into at least two parts, and lock means is provided on the casing to lock the parts together during operation.
