Abstract: A vending machine system for loading and dispensing pre-baked unpackaged food including a fixed cartridge disposed in a refrigerator of a vending machine, and a transport cartridge adapted to removably attach to the fixed cartridge, the transport cartridge operable for holding trays of unpackaged food and loading the trays of unpackaged food from the transport cartridge into the fixed cartridge, wherein, when the transport cartridge is removably attached to the fixed cartridge, a front opening of the transport cartridge aligns with a front opening of the fixed cartridge, and wherein the rack of the transport cartridge aligns with the conveyor system of the fixed cartridge such that trays of unpackaged food within the transport cartridge can simultaneously be transitioned from the rack to the conveyor system.

Abstract: A system for automatic filling of medication organizers comprises i) a storage unit for medication containers that is accessible from a first side thereof ii) a plurality of medication organizer filling units, each having a temporary storage rack that is accessible from a side of the medication filling units that faces the storage unit, and iii) a container handling system that is positioned between the storage unit and the temporary storage racks and that is movable between the storage unit and each of the temporary storage racks for transferring selected medication containers therebetween. Abstract: A merchandiser for storing at least one product for purchase by a customer is provided. The merchandiser includes: a housing defining a cavity configured to receive the at least one product; a door coupled to the housing and movable between a first position and a second position; a lock configured to lock the door in the first position; a door position sensor coupled to at least one of the door or the housing, and configured to monitor a contact area where the door selectively contacts the housing; and a control system coupled to the lock. The control system is configured to actuate the lock to an unlocked position when the door position sensor indicates that an object is present in the contact area and to selectively actuate the lock to a locked position based on the door position sensor indicating that no object is present in the contact area.

Abstract: A helmet rental system keeping the helmets in individual boxes that have a self-cleaning system built into the system to make the helmets safe for reuse. The full surface of the helmet is to be exposed to heat, possible steam, cleaner, one or more rotating brush(es) and/or UV light to clean the surface fully. The helmet holder allows the heat, steam, cleaner, brushes, and light to easily hit the surface. The cleaning system is based on heat and then cool off the box with AC and/or vent system before allowing the helmet to be rented again after each return. Heat comes from vents under the helmet holding system, holding it in place and/or from all around the helmet. Boxes are modular so one could simply remove a few screws to add or remove rows or boxes to the system to expand or reduce the amount of available helmets and configuration.

Abstract: A medication dispensing cabinet includes one or more lockable compartments, each containing medication, and a biometric input device at least partially disposed within and recessed below a surface of a medication dispensing cabinet. A compartment containing the medication is unlocked when an authorized biometric input is received by the biometric input device. The medication dispensing cabinet may verify that the user attempting access to the medication is authorized to dispense the medication before unlocking the compartment.
