    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a mobile electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor comprising an electrode assembly comprising electrodes, wherein the electrode assembly senses heart-related signals when in contact with a body of a user, and produces electrical signals representing the sensed heart-related signals. The ECG sensor further comprises a processing device, operatively coupled to the electrode assembly, the processing device to provide the sensed heart-related signals to a machine learning module trained to predict a twelve-lead QT interval (QTc) value from the mobile ECG sensor comprising less than twelve leads. The ECG sensor also comprises a housing containing the electrode assembly and the processing device.

    摘要: In one embodiment, a medical system includes respective electrodes for application to a body of a subject and to output a set of respective activation signals in response to electrical activity of a heart of the subject captured over a sequence of heartbeat intervals, and a processor to classify a first heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals as a first morphological template, compute a measure of similarity between a second heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals and the first morphological template, group the second heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals in a first morphological group with the first morphological template responsively to the measure exceeding a predefined threshold, and classify the second heartbeat interval of the set of activation signals as a second morphological template responsively to the measure not exceeding the predefined threshold, and repeat the above, mutatis mutandis, for subsequent heartbeat intervals.

    摘要: A method enables analysis of (e.g. bioelectric) signals acquired by measurement. The method provides N signals U for an observation space and each has a time- and space-dependent signal characteristic U. Digitized signals for a time period T have M time points and define an M×N matrix with M tuples of N signal values each. Signal values acquired at time t form an N-tuple Ūt=(U1, . . . , UN)t in a signal space. The method acquires all combinations of k tuples from the M tuples, and calculates distances between all tuples. Distance values are calculated and define edge lengths of a (k−1) simplex (SIM) with one simplex assigned to each combination of k time points. Quantity characteristics of the simplex (SIM) are encoded into color values (COL), and displays the colors in a combinatorial time lattice (CTL). Each lattice point (GP) is displayed with the color encoded for the assigned simplex.
