摘要： A male undergarment that holds an absorbent pad has a waistband and first and second pant portions and a centered hole. A trapezoidal flap is placed over a front panel where the first and second sides of the trapezoidal flap are sewn into the garment, such that the sewn portion of the trapezoidal flap covers the hole. The unattached first and second sides of the trapezoidal flap are releasably secured to the garment via complimentary snaps and snap holders, such that when the snaps are engaged to the snap holders a pouch is formed by the trapezoidal flap and the garment.

Side edges of the front end portion opposed to each other in the transverse direction are formed with front side corner regions and side edges of the rear end portion opposed to each other in the transverse direction are formed with rear side corner regions. At least one of the paired front side corner regions and the paired rear side corner regions is not joined to the outer surface of the waist region to form a gripper region.

摘要： A fixing and carrying device for a disposable absorbent incontinence pad includes a girdle having a front stomach region, a rear back region and a left-hand and a right-hand side region, and girdle closure elements for detachable closure of the girdle on itself so as to form a continuous hip opening in a hip-circumferential direction, the girdle having respective flap sections extending from the back region and the stomach region in a longitudinal direction toward a crotch region of a user; and closure elements respectively provided on a body-facing side of each flap section and being constructed for interaction with complementary closure elements on a body-averted side of the incontinence pad in a detachably adhesive manner, wherein prior to use of the fixing and carrying device the closure elements are folded in onto the body-facing side of the flap section, and the flap sections are respectively folded in onto the front stomach region and rear back region.

摘要： An undergarment for covering a lower trunk has a clothing and an absorbent liner. The clothing is configured to cover the lower trunk and has a first adhering layer formed on a crotch portion of the clothing. The absorbent liner removably adheres to the crotch portion of the clothing and is configured to be disposed between the clothing and the lower trunk. The absorbent liner has a second adhering layer and a skin-contacting layer. The second adhering layer removably adheres to the first adhering layer of the clothing, and the skin-contacting layer is configured to contact crotch of the lower trunk directly. When the absorbent liner becomes full, only the absorbent liner itself has to be replaced, making the undergarment more convenient to use.

The diaper also includes at least one slit in the inner layer that provides access into the space between the inner and outer layers defining the at least one pocket. At least one flap is provided that is positionable in an open configuration in which the at least one slit is exposed and allows access into the at least one pocket, and a closed configuration in which the at least one flap substantially covers the at least one slit.
