摘要: A modular mixing impeller assembly that includes one or more connection tubes, and one or more impellers configured for assembly to the one or more connection tubes. Each of the one or more impellers has a plurality of mixing blades. Each of the one or more impellers is assembled onto at least one connection tube via a friction fit such that each of the one or more impellers is configured to rotate with its attached connection tube, and wherein the assembly between impeller and connection tube creates an airtight and water-tight seal.

摘要: The present set of embodiments relate to a system, method, and apparatus for culturing cells within a cell culture vessel having a mixing element. The cell culture system includes a flexible portion and a mixing element disposed therein. The mixing element includes a suspended foldable portion. The system is configured to reduce shear stress on cells without compromising mixing efficiency. This reduction is accomplished by using a mixing element having a large surface area allowing for reduced rotational speeds. The system is collapsible for ease of transport and disposal. The flexible portion collapses and the foldable portion folds to minimize the volume of the system while not in operation.

摘要: The present invention provides a self-rotating asphalt emulsification mixing production apparatus, which relates to a technical field of construction engineering. It includes a rotatable inner tank, arranged in an outer tank, wherein the inner tank is provided with a blending shaft; a second blending blade, distributed on an outer wall of the inner tank; the emulsification tank is provided with a partition plate, an overfeed hole is provided at a center of the partition plate; a rotary shaft is provided at a center of the emulsification tank, and the rotary shaft is connected with the blending shaft through the overfeed hole; a first disk and a second disk are provided on the rotary shaft. The present invention can carry out more efficient mixing of the asphalt, better heating uniformity, and at the same time realize a integrated processing of the mixing and emulsification of asphalt and soap.

摘要: Disclosed is direct ink write (DIW) print extrusion head for 3D printing of viscous elastomers. The disclosed print extrusion head comprises a mixer assembly, comprising a fluid distribution cap coupled to a carrier, an in-line mixer coupled to the fluid distribution cap. A cooling jacket surrounds the in-line mixer. A nozzle is coupled to the in-line mixer and protrudes below the cooling jacket over a work surface. The position of the nozzle relative to the work surface is changeable. At least one heat source is on the chassis and disposed adjacent to the fluid distribution cap. The at least one heat source comprises a heat guiding element to direct heat to a region onto the work surface below the nozzle.
