摘要: A method for filtering a gas comprises passing a gas through a compartment of a filter assembly, the filter assembly comprising: an inlet opening; a first outlet opening; a casing comprising polymeric film and bounding the compartment, the compartment communicating with the inlet opening and the first outlet opening; and a first filter at least partially disposed within the compartment. The method further comprising forming a first seal across a first section of the casing at a location between the inlet opening and the first filter to form a first sub-compartment within the casing and severing the casing at a first location.

摘要: Provided is a continuous stirred tank reactor for an aldol condensation reaction and an apparatus for an aldol condensation reaction including the same, which prevent a decrease in a conversion rate due to dead zone occurrence even in the case of an increase of an installation scale, have a high output, have a significantly increased reaction surface area during the reaction, suppress layer separation between an aqueous phase and an organic phase, and have a significantly decreased average particle diameter of organic layer particles dispersed in the aqueous phase and a significantly decreased deviation thereof. In addition, a content of the catalyst used per unit yield may be significantly decreased as compared with the conventional reactor and apparatus, and costs required for wastewater treatment may be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional reactor and apparatus.

摘要: A method for producing a suspension, wherein plant parts are comminuted in portions and mixed with water so that the water and the plant parts form the suspension, and a pomace remaining from the plant parts is separated from the suspension. A device for producing a suspension, the device including a mixing chamber and a mixing element in the mixing chamber for mixing a portion of comminuted plant parts with water so that the water and the plant parts form the suspension, and an outlet on the mixing chamber for letting the suspension out of the mixing chamber so that a pomace remaining from the plant parts is retained in the mixing chamber. In order to accelerate production, the plant parts are mashed to a pulp while the water is pressed at a positive pressure through the pulp and through a filter which retains the pomace.

摘要: A mixing apparatus for preparing mortar has a screw conveyor for conveying dry material, such as a mixture of sand and cement, from a storage vessel to a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber has an inlet end, adapted to receive dry material from an outlet end of the screw conveyor, an outlet end for dispensing wet mortar, and a water feed between the inlet and outlet ends for delivering a metered flow or quantity of water into the mixing chamber. A mixing device within the mixing chamber mixes the dry material and water and controls passage of material from the inlet to the outlet end. The outlet end is located above said inlet end so the dry material falls under gravity from the outlet end into the mixing chamber, maintaining separation between the dry material in the screw conveyor and the wet material in the mixing chamber.

摘要: A cyclical and continuous device and method for wet sieving of polysaccharide granules are provided. The device includes a first dosing tank, a second dosing tank connected to the first dosing tank by a first circulation pump, a first suction filtration tank connected to the second dosing tank by a second circulation pump, and a second suction filtration tank connected to the first dosing tank by a third circulation pump. An overflow port provided on a side wall of the second dosing tank is higher than a feed port of the first dosing tank. A sieve of a mesh filter for coarse powder is disposed in the first dosing tank. A sieve of a mesh filter for fine powder is disposed in the second dosing tank. A stirring device is disposed in both the first dosing tank and the second dosing tank.
