    摘要: The present invention provides a bi-metal assembling method. The method provides a machine-shaped aluminum piece and places the machine-shaped aluminum piece into a die-cast mold. The machine-shaped aluminum piece is encapsulated with a magnesium metal liquid and die cast is performed. The assembled bi-metal structure is coated for protection and CNC high-gross treatment and anodizing treatment is performed in the machine-shaped aluminum piece. The magnesium alloy piece is hooked with the machine-shaped aluminum piece for assembling. The bi-metal structure has smooth surface to reduce the time for polishing, surface shrinkage and generation of blowholes. The present invention also provides a bi-metal assembled structure.

    摘要: A controller performs a first process of scanning a cylindrical irradiation region including a focused spot of laser light emitted from a laser light emitter to machine a flank face side of a workpiece to manufacture a cutting tool having a plurality of cutting edges arranged in line. In the first process, the controller scans the cylindrical irradiation region along a scanning path that has periodicity and changes a machining depth to form the plurality of cutting edges. The controller further performs a second process of scanning the cylindrical irradiation region including the focused spot of the laser light emitted in a direction different from an irradiation direction of the laser light in the first process to machine a rake face side of the workpiece.

    摘要: A method is provided for the creation of an addendum for use in the design and production of sheet metal formed components, which method uses a sectionless approach. In a preferred approach, elevation curve (EC) lines are established relating to the component (ECc) and binder (ECb), and it is these lines which are used to design the addendum. Additional EC lines (EC1, EC2, EC3, etc.) can be added to modify or optimize the addendum design. The spaces between the EC lines are filled using various parameterized filling techniques so as to provide the addendum design. Optimization of the addendum can be achieved by modification of the various EC lines, so as to modify or control the various design parameters, in accordance with various quality or design criteria. A more rapid, and less complicated approach to addendum design is provided.
