摘要: The method includes treating a metal sheet having a bcc structure and a surface satisfying conditions (a) or (b), molding the metal sheet to cause plane strain tensile deformation and biaxial tensile deformation, and allowing at least one part of the metal sheet to have a sheet thickness decrease rate of from 10% to 30%. Condition (a): an area fraction of crystal grains having a crystal orientation of 15° or less relative to a (001) plane parallel to a surface of the metal sheet is from 0.20 to 0.35. Condition (b): the area fraction of crystal grains having a crystal orientation of 15° or less relative to a (001) plane parallel to a surface of the metal sheet is 0.45 or less, the average crystal grain size thereof is 15 μm or less. The molded product satisfies conditions (a) or (b).

摘要: A method of producing a hot press-formed product, in which a die includes a hard layer having a skewness (Rsk), as measured in a direction from the outside of a die hole toward an inside of the die hole, of from −5.0 to 1.2, and a hardness Hv_Die of from HV 1,000 to 1,800, over the entirety of a region of a steel sheet contact surface that is adjacent to a die shoulder portion. The steel sheet contact surface is a surface located outside of the die hole and configured to contact a hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet that is to be subjected to hot press forming.

The strength-transition portion T extends 0.5 mm or longer from the softened portion L toward the first end of the side wall. The strength-transition portion T has a hardness Dt that transitionally changes within the range of 8% to 1% lower than the middle hardness Dc (0.92Dc≤Dt≤0.99Dc). The hat member 1 further includes two second ridges 114 and two flanges 14.

摘要: A panel-shaped formed product made of a metal sheet includes a top panel portion, an opening portion, and a vertical wall portion. The top panel portion is polygonal. The opening portion is provided in the top panel portion. The vertical wall portion extends from at least not less than two adjacent borders among the borders of the top panel portion. At least one pair of each vertical wall portion of pairs of adjacent vertical wall portions of the vertical wall portions has a stepped portion. As a result, the panel shaped formed product has fewer defects such as cracks and wrinkles even when it has a shape that is difficult to form.

Provided are a metal sheet satisfying conditions (a1), (b1) or (c1) at the surface and a method for producing the metal sheet. Also provided are a method for producing a molded product of a metal sheet using the metal sheet, and a molded product of the metal sheet. (a1) The area fraction of crystal grains having a crystal orientation divergent by 20° or more from a (111) plane and by 20° or more from a (001) plane is from 0.25 to 0.35, and the average crystal grain size is less than 16 μm. (b1) The area fraction of crystal grains having a crystal orientation divergent by 20° or more from a (111) plane and by 20° or more from a (001) plane is from 0.15 to 0.30, and the average crystal grain size is 16 μm or more. (c1) The area fraction of crystal grains with a Taylor Factor value from 3.0 to 3.4, when assuming plane strain tensile deformation in the transverse direction, is from 0.18 to 0.40.
