摘要: A machine for processing lenses includes an apparatus for loading and storing raw lenses having a lens exit portion, a lens cutting system including a first lens housing seat and a first spindle-holder head for a cutting tool positionable at the first seat by a first articulated arm, a lens drilling-milling-engraving system including a second lens housing seat and a second spindle-holder head for a drilling-milling-engraving tool, a processed lens unloading zone, a lens transfer apparatus, and a management and control unit. The lens exit portion, the first and second lens housing seats, and the processed lens unloading zone constitute four operating stations. The lens transfer apparatus includes a turret having four suction-cup seats to receive a single lens. A first motor rotates the turret to cyclically bring each transport seat in sequence to the four operating stations.

摘要: The present invention is to eliminate formation of a shape that induces reduction of fatigue strength, without forming a step part, in a shape portion formed by machining. This processing apparatus includes end mills having bottom blades formed in a curved convex shape, and arcuately formed radial blades provided in corner areas; a drive section for driving the end mills; and a control unit for controlling the drive unit. The control unit includes a planar-shape-formation unit that controls the drive unit so as to form, in a workpiece, only a planar-shape portion adjacent to a fillet shape portion in such a manner that a portion of the shape to be processed corresponding to the fillet shape portion is left unprocessed; and a fillet formation unit that controls the drive unit so as to form the fillet shape portion in the workpiece in a single pass using the radial blades.

Each of the plurality of leaf springs includes a first portion adjacent to the first and/or second longitudinal bar, the first portion consisting of at least one radius so that the first portion is formed concave with respect to the spring center line. The first portion transitions continuously into a second portion which is formed convex with respect to the spring center line, and the second portion transitions continuously into a center portion adjacently arranged relative to the first axis so that a thickness of the respective leaf spring is at the lowest in the center portion, especially at the first axis.
