Abstract: Techniques and devices are disclosed for a fabrication layout device and assembly table. The device includes a table with a work surface. The work surface being a continuous surface and configured to support a plurality of railing pieces for fabrication of a railing assembly. The device further includes a beam located above the work surface. The beam is operatively coupled to the table, such that the beam moves relative to the work surface in a first direction. Attached to the beam is an ink dispenser. The ink dispenser is configured to move along the beam in a second direction different from the first direction. The ink dispenser is further configured to dispense ink onto the work surface of the table in the form of a pattern of the railing assembly. Railing pieces can be positioned on the pattern so that they can be assembled to one another.

Abstract: A leveler table includes a plate with a flat top work surface that is level in all planes, by locating a circular level recessed within the center of the plate, so that the level indicator of the circular level is in horizontal alignment with the top work surface. By locating the circular level in the middle of the plate, at the same horizontal level as the work surface, this leveler table provides accuracy and repeatability for use of the flat top work surface in manufacturing steps, particularly the forming of parts where repeatability is necessary, such as the in situ forming of an automotive windshield sensor pad in an open ended package supported on the flat top surface.

Abstract: A cylinder block fixture for securing a workpiece is disclosed. The cylinder block fixture includes a base and clamping members. The clamping members are positioned apart at a distance facing each other on the base. Each of the clamping members includes a support plate at one end and a hand wheel at another end. Each of the support plates comprises a shaft, support bars, and support rods facing the opposite clamping member. The support rods extend from the support bars. The shafts at the support plates receive a camshaft housing of a workpiece. The workpiece includes a cylinder block. The support rods secure the workpiece. The hand wheel rotates and causes the workpiece to rotate. The workpiece rotates to align and take reference from a main bore or a pan rail surface of the workpiece to perform machining operations on the workpiece.

Abstract: A fixing structure used to connect a display panel to a housing of an electronic device during manufacture of the electronic device includes a fixing member, an auxiliary member spaced apart from the fixing member, and supporting posts disposed between the fixing member and the auxiliary member. The fixing member is to be bonded to the display panel. A projection of an outer edge of the auxiliary member on a plane of the fixing member is outside of an outer edge of the fixing member. Abstract: A positioning tool is disclosed that is configured for use with a front-end module (FEM) of a vehicle to align the FEM with a hood of the vehicle. The positioning tool includes: a body; a receiving member that is connected to the body and configured for engagement with the hood of the vehicle; and at least one engagement member that is supported by the body. The at least one engagement member is configured to interface with the FEM such that movement of the positioning tool causes corresponding movement of the FEM, whereby the FEM is aligned relative to the hood of the vehicle upon closure of the hood of the vehicle.
