摘要: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a printing apparatus that satisfactorily sucks and recovers a printhead is provided. A printing apparatus that includes a transfer member, and the first and second printheads has the following arrangement. The apparatus includes the first and second suction units which suck a plurality of nozzles of the first and second printheads, a common negative-pressure generation unit which generates a negative-pressure for suction by these suction units, and a moving unit which moves these suction units from one end to the other end of each printhead. Then, the moving unit moves the first and second suction units so as to pass through concave gaps with respect to ink discharge surfaces of the first and second printheads corresponding to the first and second suction units at different timings.

摘要: A temperature control assembly controls the temperature of functional parts of a printing machine. The temperature control assembly comprises a plurality of assembly-side sub-circuits, the temperature of which is to be individually controlled, each sub-circuit having a temperature-control fluid outlet and a temperature-control fluid inlet, on each of which, in order to form a respective temperature control circuit, one or more functional parts can be connected as loads of a temperature-controlling external temperature control sub-circuit by the use of releasable connections, and which, on the feed side of the temperature control thereof, are or can be thermally and fluidically coupled, via respective removal points, to a common feed line, and on the return side, via each return point, to a common fluid return. The temperature control assembly is configured as a structurally independent assembly comprising the assembly-side temperature control circuits thereof and the feed and return, and a temperature control device that controls the temperature of the temperature control fluid supplied to the feed, one of on and in a single-component or in a multi-component frame of the temperature control assembly. The temperature control device is provided in a fluid stream between the last return point and the first removal point. A line section of the feed line, which extends at least over the length from the first removal point to the last downward removal point of the assembly-side temperature control circuit, has an average line cross-section which is one of greater than a multiple of the average line cross-section of a supply line section arranged in the feed downstream of the temperature control device and arranged upstream of the line section, and which is greater than a multiple of a line a cross-section upstream of each of the largest return point.

摘要: A method controls a printing speed and a temperature of a printing press to attain a predetermined actuating variable. The printing press includes a control computer. The method is characterized by calculating a target temperature to attain the predetermined actuating variable at a desired printing speed and initiating the adjustment operations to attain the target temperature by the control computer. The actual printing speed is changed via a first acceleration within a tolerance limit with respect to fluctuations about the predetermined actuating variable. The first acceleration process is stopped if the desired printing speed is attained in the process. The first acceleration is changed if the tolerance limits are reached and the desired printing speed has not been attained yet. The printing speed is ran at a modified second acceleration along the tolerance limits until the desired printing speed is attained.

摘要: Provided is a printing plate cylinder to which a sleeve printing plate is detachably attached. In the printing plate cylinder, weight reduction and radiation performance can be improved, and generation of rust can be suppressed. The printing plate cylinder (1) includes a shaft portion (3) rotatable about a central axis (O), a tubular portion (5) formed cylindrically, arranged coaxially with the shaft portion (3), and arranged at a distance from an outer circumferential surface (3a) of the shaft portion (3), and a rib (7) fixed integrally to the outer circumferential surface (3a) of the shaft portion (3) and an inner circumferential surface (5b) of the tubular portion (5) and connecting the shaft portion (3) and the tubular portion (5). An air supply channel (31) is formed so as to penetrate from the outer surface of the rib (7) exposed to the outside to the outer circumferential surface (5a) of the tubular portion (5).

摘要: A temperature control device for rotating bodies in printing mechanisms. It contains a blowing device having an internal air recirculation circuit for the recirculation of cold air which has been deflected from the rotating body which is to be cooled. A cold air generator is arranged outside the blowing device and is connected for flow to it via a cold air feed line. In this way, energy for the production of cold air is saved and the cold air feed line can have a smaller cross section since only a reduced amount of cold air need be fed.

摘要: A temperature control system for printing press cylinders. It contains at least one compressed-air line (18) having at least one blast-air opening (20) for blowing cold air against a cylinder (6) which is to be cooled. At least one recirculation circuit (30, 32, 34, 36, 28) which is separate from the cold air of the compressed-air line (28) and by which air which has been blown by the blast-air opening (20) onto the cylinder is drawn off by means of a blower (28) contained in the recirculation circuit and is blown parallel to the cold air again onto the cylinder (6). In this way, the temperature of the cold air (22) can be active, without prior change of temperature, on the cylinder (6). The cold air deflected by the cylinder is returned to the cylinder (6) for additional cooling.
