    摘要: A railcar bogie includes a bogie frame including a cross beam and supports, the supports disposed at respective car width direction end portions of the cross beam. There are a plurality of axle boxes to accommodate a plurality of bearings supporting a pair of axles, a plate spring extending in a car longitudinal direction and supported by a pair of the axle boxes which are away from each other in the car longitudinal direction among the plurality of axle boxes. The plate spring supports the cross beam while being pressed by the corresponding support from above such that the pressing member is separable from the plate spring. Elastic walls are at both respective sides of the supports in the car longitudinal direction and sandwiched between a lower surface of the bogie frame and an upper surface of the plate spring so as to be compressed.

The systems include bogies, including a pivoting bogie and a rack and pinion bogie, as well as associated cradles, carriages, and power and control units. The pivoting bogie includes a first side frame, a second side frame, at least one wheel coupled with each of the first and second side frames, and a lift member coupled with each of the first and second side frames. The lift member is pivotably coupled to the first side frame. The rack and pinion bogie includes a frame and pinion gears coupled with the frame. The pinion gears can be selectively coupled with a gear rack, such as at a shipyard. Also provided herein are methods of use of one or both of the bogies and associated equipment, such as for moving vessels within a shipyard.

    摘要: A stabilized railway car truck consists of two side frames and a bolster. The bolster has laterally opposite ends, each end extending into and supported within a side frame opening on a spring group. The stabilized railway car truck also includes a transom extending into, and supported within, a side frame opening. The spring group is supported at each transom end. Each side frame includes an integrally cast transom bearing over which a transom support bearing is fitted. The pivotal decoupling of the side frame and transom eliminates track displacement irregularities from reacting at the bolster and into the vehicle.

In a plan view, each of the rubbing plates is arranged within a region where the cross beam and the plate spring intersect with each other and is arranged on a center line of the plate spring, the center line extending in the car longitudinal direction.

    摘要: A bogie frame for railway vehicles includes a pair of left and right side frames disposed along a direction of rails and a cross frame that connects the side frames to each other, and the cross frame includes a top plate member, a bottom plate member, and a pair of front and rear side plate members that are disposed between these plate members and welded thereto, wherein the cross frame has mounting bracket support portions that extend from front and rear edges of the top plate member and the bottom plate member, correspondingly to locations where mounting brackets for mounting a traction motor and mounting brackets for mounting a gearbox are disposed, and the mounting brackets are welded to the mounting bracket support portions. This makes it possible to achieve good welding workability for assembling the bogie frame.

    摘要: A bogie frame for railway vehicles includes a pair of left and right side beams disposed along a direction of rails; a cross beam that connects the side beams to each other, and a mounting bracket for mounting a functional part, the mounting bracket being joined to the cross beam. The cross beam has a rectangular cross section and includes a top plate section, a bottom plate section, and a pair of side plate sections. The top plate section has a cutout opening extending to one of the side plate sections. The mounting bracket is inserted in the cutout opening and the mounting bracket and the top plate section are butt welded together. This configuration enhances welding workability for welding mounting brackets for mounting functional parts such as a traction motor, a gearbox, and a brake, and allows a greater degree of design flexibility in mounting the functional parts.
