    摘要: A coupling device for coupling a component to an article includes a first retaining member that retains the component, a second retaining member that retains the article, a movement system for moving the first retaining member and the second retaining member between a non-operating position where the component and the article are spaced apart from one another, and an operating position where the component and the article are in a coupling position, and a detection system for detecting the positioning of the component on the first retaining member. The detection system includes an image detector device for capturing at least one image of the component when the component is retained by the first retaining member, and a processing unit provided for analysing the image captured by the image detector device and verifying if the component is retained on the first retaining member in a predefined position.

    摘要: A cartoning machine including a carton supply station (e.g., a rotary carton supply station, a linear carton supply station, a non-linear carton supply station, or the like) and a handling station operatively coupled to the carton supply station. The carton supply station provides, on a selective basis, cartons, such as carton blanks, pre-formed cartons, or the like. The carton supply station of the cartoning machine provides for movement of magazines with respect to a robot in the handling station that may have a distal end secured in a stationary and fixed location. As such, different magazines with dissimilar cartons may be moved to a picking location adjacent the robot, as dissimilar cartons are required. Further, the cartons within the magazines may be moved to a pre-determined pick-up location such that the robot is repeatably picking a carton from the pre-determine pick-up location.

    摘要: A method and device are for assembling and filling containers for a needleless injection device. Each container includes a tube, an upper stopper, a lower stopper and a nozzle. The containers being arranged so that, once assembled and filled with a sterile pharmaceutical formulation to be injected, the containers are subsequently introduced into an auto-injection actuator. An aseptic carousel filling method includes supplying tubes; supplying lower stoppers; placing lower stoppers, forming a tube which is closed off at the bottom. The tube is filled with a sterile formulation, forming a tube which is closed off at the bottom and filled. Upper stoppers close off the tube, forming a closed-off and filled tube. The closed-off and filled tube are placed in a nozzle to form an assembled and filled container for a needleless injection device. The assembled and filled container are then collected for an injection device.
