    摘要: A coreless paper roll rewinding machine using air flow to assist starting winding is mainly characterized in that: an air pipe (11) blowing air downwards is arranged above a rewinding lower roller (2); the roller gap (M) between a rewinding upper roller (1) and the rewinding lower roller (2) is no more than 10 mm; a plurality of air flow channels (4) are distributed in the roller body of the rewinding upper roller (1); a plurality of sets of air suction holes (5) are formed on the surface of the roller body; each set of the air suction holes (5) are interconnected with each air flow channel (4) formed in the roller body; an air suction cover (6) is arranged in the position close to the end part of the rewinding upper roller (1); and each air flow channel (4) formed in the roller body is interconnected with or disconnected with the air suction holes of the air suction cover (6) in turn along with rotating of the rewinding upper roller (1). The coreless paper roll rewinding machine neither needs to depend on the support of a winding assisting plate nor needs to change the roller gap between the rewinding upper roller (1) and the rewinding lower roller (2) during the whole process from starting rewinding to finishing rewinding.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for winding a moving web upon a mandrel is disclosed. A moving web with a leading edge is conveyed towards a mandrel. The mandrel is adapted to allow the moving web to adhere to the mandrel at a specific circumferential location on the mandrel. To enable control of the location of the mandrel, the mandrel further includes a reference input to identify the specific circumferential location. A position sensor is used to determine the position of the reference input. The position of the specific circumferential location of the mandrel is controlled with a position drive control that controls the rotational speed of the mandrel. The position drive control sets the rotational speed of the mandrel to allow transfer of the leading edge of the moving web near the specific circumferential location.

    摘要: One or a plurality of coreless rolls of a stretchable plastic film are wound up on a mandrel (10) having a tubular body; the mandrel (10) comprises at least a fore air chamber (14) and a rear air chamber (15) axially aligned, wherein the peripheral wall (11) of the mandrel (10) comprises a perforated zone (16, 17) in correspondence of each air chamber (14, 15). One or a plurality of coreless rolls (B1, B2) of stretchable plastic film are wound up on the mandrel (10) at said perforated zones (16, 17) and air chambers (14, 15); the roll or rolls (B1, B2) are removed by pushing said roll or rolls along the mandrel (10), by supplying pressurised air initially into all air chambers (14, 15) during a first removal step of the roll or the rolls (B1, B2) and selectively disconnecting each chamber (14, 15) from the pressurized air source, starting from the rear air chamber (15) to the fore air chamber (14) at overcoming of each air chamber (14, 15) by said roll or rolls (B1, B2).

The method comprises the steps of: a) providing a conveyor belt having opposed first and second surfaces; b) providing a pressure assist device proximate to the second surface of the conveyor belt; c) disposing the web material on the first surface of the conveyor belt; d) providing at least one winding spindle having a speed profile proximate to the web material disposed upon the first surface of the conveyor belt; e) adjusting a position of at least one of the conveyor belt and the pressure assist device relative to the winding spindle to provide a compressive force to the surface of the winding spindle by the conveyor belt; f) adjusting a speed of the at least one winding spindle according to the speed profile; and, g) transferring the web material to the at least one winding spindle from the conveyor belt.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a winding drum for a sheet-like member which can change reliably the range of air sucking intake holes by a simple structure, and to provide a winding drum which can prevent the generation of an unwanted contact mark on the sheet-like member. This winding drum having a hollow portion which is in communication with the intake holes of the drum body, a changeover member which is releasably attached in the hollow portion and which is formed so as to extend along the inner peripheral surface of the hollow portion, and an air passage (second communicating holes, first communicating hole, and hole) which is provided on the changeover member and which communicates intake holes of a predetermined range in the axial direction of the drum body with the suction device when the changeover member is attached in the hollow portion. So the range of air sucking intake holes is switched by changing the changeover member to another changeover member with another air passage.

In particular, this first strip is constituted by a portion of the internal end of the sheet constituting the roll. The first internal turn is thus permitted to unwind, even if the center opening is reduced.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for making and winding bags is disclosed. The bag machine includes an unwind section, a forming section, and a winder. The winder has an infeed nip and two spindles. Each spindle is located along a respective one of two alternative film paths. The spindles can be fixed position spindles and the alternative film paths can be predominantly downward. An over speed nip may be provided between the infeed nip and the alternative film paths to separate rolls or to separate all bags. An overlapper can be included. Rods that travel in an elliptical orbit, and/or air nozzles can be part of the overlapper. Air nozzles can also be used to direct the film to the appropriate alternative path. Conveyor belts along the alternative film paths can be used to guide the film. Static pinners can be used to help bold the bags to the conveyor, or the last bag to the roll. Pop-up fingers and air horns can help start the roll on a spindle. Paper banders can be use, as can pneumatic devices. A push off device that scrape the spindles over substantially 360 degrees can be used.
