摘要: A steel sheet having a specified chemical composition and a method for producing the steel sheet. The steel sheet has a microstructure comprising ferrite: 5% or less, and at least one of upper bainite, fresh martensite, tempered martensite, lower bainite, and retained γ: 95% to 100% by area percentage, and retained γ: 4% to 15% by volume percentage. Retained γUB has a specified area percentage SγUB, retained γLB has a specified distribution number NγLB, and at least one of (i) fresh martensite has a specified equivalent circular grain diameter and aspect ratio and (ii) retained γ grains has a specified equivalent circular grain diameter and aspect ratio.

摘要: Provided is an alloy material including a metal oxide thin layer that can be formed using a simple method at low cost and can further suppress volatilization of Cr, which causes deterioration of a fuel cell, compared with a case where conventional expensive materials are used. Disclosed is a manufacturing method for an alloy material including a coating treatment step for coating a substrate made of a Fe—Cr based alloy with Co, and an oxidation treatment step for performing oxidation treatment on the substrate in a moisture-containing atmosphere after the coating treatment step.

The high hardness portion includes a first matrix including a martensite phase and a residual austenite phase, and first nonmetallic particles dispersed in the first matrix and including at least one species selected from the group consisting of MnS, TiCN, and NbCN, and it does not include a M23C6 carbide. The low hardness portion includes a second matrix including a martensite phase, and second nonmetallic particles dispersed in the second matrix and including at least one species selected from the group consisting of MnS, TiCN, and NbCN, and it does not include a M23C6 carbide.

摘要: Provided are a ferritic stainless steel used for bipolar plates of fuel cells, a controlling method of surface roughness, a method of forming passivation films, and use. The ferritic stainless steel comprises C of less than or equal to 0.03 wt. %, N of less than or equal to 0.02 wt. %, Si of less than or equal to 0.4 wt. %, Mn of less than or equal to 0.5 wt. %, Cr of 16-23 wt. %, Cu of 0-2.0 wt. %, Mo of 1.8-2.5 wt. %, Ni of 0.2-2.0 wt. %, Ti of 0.1-0.5 wt. %, Nb of 0.005-0.5 wt. %, P of less than or equal to 0.02 wt. %, S of less than or equal to 0.02 wt. %, and a remainder composed of Fe and other unavoidable accompanying elements, and the ferritic stainless steel has a grain size number of 4-9. The ferritic stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, and good elongation and deformation as well, exhibiting both economy and cost advantages.

Exemplary methods may include conducting additive manufacturing with an atomized alloy powder to generate a manufactured article, where the atomized alloy powder may comprise, by weight percentage, 13.25% to 14.75% chromium; 4.5% to 5.5% nickel; 0.11% to 0.17% carbon; 0.01% to 0.31% titanium; and the balance of weight percent comprising iron and incidental elements and impurities.

摘要: A method for the production of a laminated core is provided. A plurality of laminations are provided that are made of a soft-magnetic CoFe alloy and that have a first main surface and a second main surface that is located opposite the first main surface. An adhesive is applied to the first main surface of a first of the laminations by means of a printing process. The adhesive is then transferred to a partially cured B-stage. A second main surface of a second of the laminations is stacked on the B-stage adhesive, which is located on the first main surface of the first lamination, thereby forming a stack of loose laminations. The stack or the adhesive in the stack is cured, the adhesive thus being transferred to the fully cured C-stage in order to bond the first and second laminations to one another and so produce the laminated core.

摘要: A process that produces a microalloyed steel in an integrated casting-rolling plant having a continuous casting machine with a mold, a single- or multi-stand prerolling train, a finish-rolling train having a first stand group with at least one first finish-rolling stand and a second stand group having at least one stand cooler. A metallic melt is cast in the mold to obtain a partly solidified thin-slab strand, which is supported, deflected and cooled. The solidified thin-slab strand is rolled by the prerolling train to obtain a prerolled strip that is finish-rolled in the first stand group to obtain the finish-rolled strip, which is fed to the second stand group and force-cooled in the second stand group, the finish-rolled strip having a thickness that results in a cooling rate of the core of the finish-rolled strip in the second stand group greater than 20° C./s and less than 200° C./s.
