Abstract: A mesh material for fabricating hunting blinds, tents, and other similar flexible structures. The material is durable, water-resistant, and partially light-transmissive such that persons or objects inside or behind the structures are not easily seen from outside the structures. The material is also semi-permeable to air flow for ventilation purposes. The mesh material is fabricated from an interwoven polyester, polyurethane, or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fabric that is coated with acrylic and a mixture of silicone and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). Patterns and/or colors are printed on both sides of the fabric with a heat transfer paper printing process to provide a desired level of light transmissivity.

Abstract: A double-face fabric having elastic properties in its warp direction and provided with hook-and-loop properties, formed by the weaving of warp yarns and of weft yarns. The warp yarns are of four different types worked in different weaves with respect to the weft yarns, respectively: elastic yarns (A) worked in a taffeta weave; core yarns (B), formed of synthetic yarns texturized by false twist on the face, worked in a plain weave alternating with surface floats and having a linear strand density in the range from 10 to 25 dtex; core yarns (C) on the back side, formed of multifilament synthetic yarns, having a linear strand density in the range from 0.3 to 1.7 dtex, worked in a rep weave, alternating floats of great length on the back side and short binding areas on the face side, binding yarns, exclusively formed of thermo-adhesive synthetic yarns, having a melting point in the range from 80° C. to 160° C., worked in a plain weave.

Abstract: A method for making tubular fabrics is provided. The method includes using metallized yarns including at least one ribbon which is less than 0.7 mm thick, the ribbon being preferably spiral-wound with at least one support thread. The method also includes using non-metallized main yarns, as well as making a warp beam including the metallized yarns and said main yarns, the warp beam having a linear thread density preferably higher than 40 threads/cm. The method may also include a step of weaving in which a tubular fabric is made by means of the beam warp with the metallic yarns arranged exclusively on the warp.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to a shoe upper that is formed as a substantially planar article with varied functional zones integrated therein. The varied functional zones may be strategically positioned zones having varied degrees of stretch. Additionally, it is contemplated that the functional zones may provide dimensional variation (e.g., thickness) and/or permeability (e.g., breathability) characteristics. The substantially planar upper may then be formed into a three-dimensional upper having a volume that may be occupied by a wearer's foot.

Abstract: A loosening prevention lace which overcomes the problems where the lace is slackened or undone upon the lace being tied up through the eyelets for fastening the shoes, garment and as such and which brings unforeseen effect on design or appearance as well. The loosening prevention lace is provided by weaving one picot forming linear body or a plurality of picot forming linear bodies into a tubular woven fabric in a warp yarn direction thereof and protruding one picot forming linear body or a plurality of picot forming linear bodies from a surface of the tubular woven fabric with a certain interval over a longitudinal direction of the tubular fabric in a loop form.

Abstract: To provide a method for manufacturing a woven fabric for which neither the appearance nor a function provided by flat threads of the woven fabric are impaired, and to provide the woven fabric. The woven fabric further includes flat threads 3 each wider than a fiber warp thread 10, and the flat threads 3 are caused to pass through healds 102 intermittently with respect to a plurality of the fiber warp threads 10. A hole 102a of each heald is long in a heald moving direction. By causing the flat thread 3 to pass through the hole, the longitudinal direction in transverse plane of the flat thread 3 is oriented along a heald moving direction M. By interweaving fiber weft threads with the fiber warp threads 10, a plurality of woven fabric placement sections is formed so as to be arranged in a weft direction W, each woven fabric placement section being formed as a woven fabric structure and having the flat thread corresponding thereto placed on the woven fabric structure. A flat face HF of the flat thread 3 is disposed on the fiber warp threads 10 in the woven fabric placement section so as to face the fiber warp threads 10. A part of the fiber weft threads is caused to pass over the flat thread 3, to fix the flat thread 3 on the woven fabric placement section. The woven fabric covering section may be formed as a plain weave.

Abstract: A method of weaving a woven fabric comprising weaving a first plurality of weft yarns through a plurality of warm yarns in a 6×1 pattern, and weaving a second plurality of weft yarns through the plurality of warp yarns in a 13×1 pattern. In one embodiment, all of the weft yarns have the same shrinkage ratio and same size of yarn count, and the repeat intersection points on the weft yarns are either 6×1 or 13×1. The weft yarns in the 6×1 pattern alternate with the weft yarns in the 13×1 pattern, with two 6×1 weft yarns followed by one 13×1 weft yarn. This results in a woven fabric that performs like a knitted fabric but with the look of woven denim when the warp yarns are indigo dyed.

Abstract: Woven cloth with shoelace loops is formed by a plurality of longitudinal threads and a plurality of lateralwise threads. Each of the plurality of longitudinal thread is woven by a plurality of filaments. Each of the plurality of lateralwise thread is interwoven with and ties the plurality of longitudinal threads to form a plurality of knots. At least a part of the longitudinal threads are continuously and integrally connected to form a plurality of curved back lace loops each sized for a lace or a buckle to dispose therethrough.
