A plastic clamping member suitable for attachment to a sewing machine presser bar, and a plastic darning and embroidery member, including a striker arm acted on by an endwise reciprocating needle bar of a sewing machine over a portion of its endwise reciprocation, are joined by a resilient member integrally molded with the clamping member and darning member. 摘要： An embroidery machine can simultaneously embroider sewing objects having various shapes, including a flat object, an object having a shape of a usual processed cloth, an object having a shape of a cap, etc. The embroidery machine comprises a plurality of sewing heads grouped into at least two working groups, and the embroidering frames, each of which is arranged for one of the working groups. The embroidering frames have structures either identical to each other or different from each other. 摘要： A sewing mechanism is equipped with a drag clamp assembly for holding the ends of the fabric plies. The drag clamp assembly comprises two laterally spaced-apart clamps which are movable relative to each other in the sewing direction and of which the first clamp is opened when it is adjacent a contour control device, and the second clamp laterally thereof is opened near the stitch forming area. The drag clamp assembly enables the contour control device to remain in a working position during the entire sewing operation, and the clamp moving past the contour control device holds the fabric plies taut up to the end of the sewing operation.

摘要： A single- or multiple-head embroidery machine has stitch-forming tools which are formed in each case by a thread-guiding needle that interacts with a double-lock-stitch gripper to form stitches, and also has a feed device for obtaining relative movements between the embroidery material and the stitch-forming tools. The relative movements occur depending on the movements of the needle. In order to avoid a temporal overlap between the stitch-forming phase and the feed movement of the embroidery material, the double-lock-stitch gripper rotates at a rotational speed which corresponds to n times the rotational speed of the machine main shaft, wherein “n” is an integer greater than the number “2”.

摘要： A multi-head embroidering machine comprises a work carrier to which movements relative to the embroidering heads and corresponding to the embroidery pattern are imparted by a coordinate control device. The work carrier is provided with guide rails which can be engaged directly, through a clutch mechanism, to the output sides of the coordinate control device. Each clutch mechanism comprises at least one guide roller which is connected to the output side of the coordinate control device, and a back-up roller which is mounted on a coupling lever, with the two rollers engaging the respective guide rail of the work carrier from opposite sides. This makes it possible to exchange a work carrier for a new one in standby position outside the embroidering machine, in a simple way and within a shortest time.
