    摘要： The invention refers to a method and apparatus for loading articles such as stockings, socks and the like onto an ironing machine being provided with relevant support shapes; the apparatus (1) comprises: a tubular chamber (3) with an inlet section (20) for the introduction of articles (M), connected upstream with a supply machine (PP) able to transfer the articles according to a preset order; a temporary support element (4) on which the article (M) can be filtered, said support element (4) being located within said chamber (3) with its longitudinal axis (x—x) coincident with and parallel to that of the same chamber (3) and subdivided into two semi-parts (44) which can move close to and, respectively, away from each other; means (5) for the removal and positioning of the articles (M) able to remove an article (M) from said temporary support element (4) and to fit it onto a shape (6).

    摘要： The invention relates to a device for feeding essentially rectangular pieces of cloth to a feeder, comprising a conveyor on which pieces of cloth can be advanced in the direction of conveyance of the feeder, and on which, in front of the conveyor, there is configured a boom extending transversally of the direction of conveyance of the conveyor, and wherein the boom comprises a boom conveyor in the longitudinal direction of the boom configured for conveying the piece of cloth across the boom, at least from the one end of the boom, where, at the end of the boom, means are configured for transferring the piece of cloth from a feed conveyor to the boom, and where likewise at the end of the boom a feed conveyor is arranged with a feeding position and with conveyor means for conveying pieces of cloth, where a straightened front edge of a piece of cloth is received from the feeding position and conveyed to the transfer position, from where the straightened front edge of the piece of cloth is received by the means for transferring the piece of cloth from the feed conveyor to the boom and is transferred to said boom conveyor for conveyance of the piece of cloth across the boom. The invention is characterised in that the feeding position is located in a position situated in front of the boom, seen in the direction of conveyance of the conveyor, and that the means for transferring the piece of cloth from the feed conveyor to the boom conveyor are configured such that they are able to turn the piece of cloth in an area between the feed conveyor and the boom conveyor.

The removal apparatus includes a hanger-supporting means formed in the neck and shoulder section of the garment form to receive hangers. After a hanger is mounted in the hanger support means, the garment is mounted on the form about the hanger. A hanger-lifting means is operated to engage and lift the hanger and garment from the form.

    摘要： Two paths parallel paths feed a common path. A clamp removes separate articles in each parallel path. Each path positions articles on opposite sides of a surface, such as a conveyor. In a back and forth motion, another clamp sequentially clamps the articles of laundry from the opposite sides and places each article on the surface. Another clamp extends through the surface to sequentially clamp the articles on a trailing edge. The clamp moves the articles linearly off the surface and rotates the articles onto another surface, such as a lower surface. On the other surface, the article is conveyed to a pick-up position. A pair of clamps drag the article by an edge onto a stacked position. The stack is adjusted in height to position the stack for receiving the next article.
