摘要： A power-driven shutter door includes a curtain supported in a pair of tracks for bi-directional sliding movement open and closed positions, and a power drive assembly for driving movement of the curtain. The power drive assembly includes a pair of sprockets that engage shoes of the curtain, a motor for driving bi-directional rotation of the sprockets, and a control circuit including a switch movable between “open” and “close” positions for supplying power to the motor to move the shutter curtain between positions. A power-driven lock is also provided, and includes a rod supported on the curtain for movement between extended and retracted positions, a manually-operated actuator for shifting the rod between the extended and retracted positions, and a power-driven lock supported on one of the tracks and presenting a locking arm shiftable between an extended position in which the arm protrudes into the track and a relatively retracted position. An actuator is connected to the arm for shifting the arm between positions, and a circuit is connected to the actuator and includes a switch that allows control of the actuator. The curtain is locked against sliding movement from the closed position when both the rod and locking arm are extended, but is unlocked for sliding movement the rod or locking arm is retracted.

摘要： A power liftgate device for a liftgate of a vehicle having a power drive unit and a pneumatic actuator. The pneumatic actuator is pivotally coupled between the liftgate and the vehicle and exerts a force opposing retraction of the liftgate. A driven gear is fixed to the pneumatic actuator to pivot therewith and is selectively driven by the power drive unit. The liftgate assembly further includes an engaging device that is coupled to the vehicle for engaging the power drive unit with the driven gear, thereby enabling the power drive unit to drive the driven gear. Specifically, the engaging device is positionable between an engaged and a disengaged position, wherein the engaging device is operable in the engaged position to engage the power drive unit into driving connection with the driven gear. The engaging device is also operable in the disengaged position to disengage the power drive unit from the driven gear to enable the actuator to actuate freely.

Each (left and right) door assembly comprises a pair of rigid panels, with the panels hingedly attached to the jamb edge of the door opening having a width substantially half that of the main panels. The two main panels are pivotally secured to upper drive mechanisms along their vertical centerlines, and abut one another along the doorway vertical centerline when the door assembly is closed. When they door assembly is opened, the inwardly disposed edges of the jamb panels and attached outward lateral edges of the main panels, move inwardly. The central edges of the two central panels thus swing outwardly relative to the building structure, due to their vertical centerline attachment to the drive mechanism.

An open/close body automatic drive equipment comprises a clutch mechanism which connects or interrupts a power transmission system between a motor for driving a slide door which constitutes the open/close body and the slide door, wherein a clutch of a clutch mechanism is interrupted in a manual manipulation, and in an automatic drive, a clutch is connected to operate the slide door. In such an equipment, a brake mechanism for restricting the movement of the slide door is disposed in the midst of the power transmission system, the moving speed of the slide door is detected, and in case the moving speed is higher than a given speed, the movement of the slide door is restricted by the brake mechanism BK, and then the clutch connection of the clutch mechanism is performed.
