    摘要: A power output mechanism for power tools includes a main part for driving an output shaft, a switch unit, an impact unit, a pressing unit, and an operation member. The switch unit has a rotation collar for controlling positions of positioning springs. The impact unit includes an orientation wheel movably connected to the output shaft and an operation wheel secured to the output shaft. The orientation wheel includes a first toothed contact surface which is removably engaged with a second toothed contact surface of the operation wheel. A corrugated ring portion is defined on an outer periphery of the orientation wheel and limited from rotation relative to the output shaft when the positioning springs are moved to certain positions. When the positioning springs are engaged with the orientation wheel, the orientation wheel cannot freely rotate relative to the output shaft so that an impact is output.

    摘要: A fitting includes a body having at least two portions coupled together to form a body having a passage through the body. The passage allows at least a portion of a conduit to be located at least substantially lengthwise within the body. First and second ports are located on the body and are in fluid communication with the passage. A first seal is located on the passage wall between a first end of the body and the first port. A second seal is located on the passage wall between the first port and the second port. A translatable ring is located on the passage wall between the first and second seals. The ring moves along the passage wall when the first seal is activated so that the second seal is activated. The ring includes an opening proximate the first port to provide access to the conduit from the first port. The first and second seals provide a seal in the passage.

    摘要: An improved pneumatic impact imparting tool includes a follower which is slidably accommodated in a recess formed on the inner end part of a rotor in a pneumatic motor. The follower is formed with a projection for moving a ball around a cam face as it is rotated together with the rotor. When the ball reaches the peak of the cam face, the follower is displaced in the axial direction and enters a recess formed on the inner end part of an anvil and collides therein against stoppers formed in the recess. Thus, rotational movement of the rotor is transmitted to the anvil in the form of intermittent turning movement of the latter.
