摘要: A drill comprising a drill bit comprising a first drill part and a second drill part configured to slide relative to each other, wherein the first and second drill parts are pivotally coupled at one end to a first member and a second member respectively; a cam engaged with the first member and the second member, wherein the first and second members act as followers to slide the parts of the drill bit in a reciprocating motion with respect to each other, between a retracted and an extended position; and a wedge comprising a first angled surface engaged with the first member and a second angled surface engaged with the second member, the wedge configured to urge the drill bit to pivot in a first direction when the first member is moved towards the retracted position and to pivot in a second direction when the second member is moved towards the retracted position.

摘要: A shockproof spindle includes a spindle inserted into an elastomer, a compressible structure, and a sleeve, a hollow cylinder, sequentially. The sleeve caps the elastomer while the elastomer presses on the top of the base fixed under the spindle. The ball keeps contact the chute of the spindle and the chute of the sleeve. In addition to all of the above, the elastomer held between the base and the sleeve absorbs the impact when a tool installed on the end of the spindle is shocked against the workpiece during operation process. Since the spindle works smoothly owing to the effect of the elastomer, the operators work more easily, and the damage or destruction of assembly precision, made by the impact, of the parts in the electric tool is avoided.

摘要: An experimental apparatus for rock-breaking through vibration impact, including a confining pressure loading assembly, a drill bit, a drill rod, a drilling fluid circulation assembly, a rotary impact assembly and an axial impact assembly. The confining pressure loading assembly is configured to apply pressures to a core sample located in a core cavity in three directions perpendicular to each other. The drill bit is capable of inserting into the core cavity to drill the core sample. The rotary impact assembly includes a hydraulic rotary motor and a hydraulic swing motor connected to the drill rod, respectively. 摘要: A power tool comprises a housing (10) with a cylindrical outer surface (11), a rotation motor, and a power train including a reverse gearing (14, 24) with a first planetary gearing (14) for “forward” operation and a second planetary gearing (24) for “reverse” operation, and a ring gear mechanism (19, 26, 40) for establishing a reaction torque support relative to the housing (10) by coupling either one of the first planetary gearing (14) and the second planetary gearing (24) to the housing (10) to thereby shift the power transmission from a “forward” operation mode to a “reverse” operation mode, wherein the gear ring mechanism comprises a separate rotatable ring gear (19, 26) for each planetary gearing (14, 24) and an axially displaceable coupling ring (40) for alternative engagement with the ring gears (19, 26). The coupling ring (40) is connected to a maneuver ring (53; 153) which is rotatably supported on the outer surface (11) of the housing (10), and screw mounted sleeves (48, 49) extend radially from the coupling ring (40) to co-operate with helical slots (50) in the housing (10) for transforming rotational movement of maneuver ring (53) to axial displacement of the coupling ring (40). An open ended leaf spring element (60; 160) is mounted inside the maneuver ring (53; 153) and pre-tensioned to embrace the outer surface (11) of the housing (10), thereby forming a releasable arresting means for the maneuver ring (53; 153). The leaf spring element (60; 160) has apertures (71, 72; 171, 172) for locking engagement with shoulders (66, 67; 166, 167) formed by wire elements attached to the housing (10).
