    摘要: A compressor for a refrigeration unit having a stator, a rotor orbiting in engagement with the stator to cyclically open, fill with refrigerant gas from at least one inlet port, compress and discharge compressed refrigerant gas through at least one discharge port, a rotary drive for orbiting the rotor, a driven element of a magnetic coupling in driving connection with the rotary drive, a casing sealed save for the ports and enclosing all of the foregoing components, a driving element of the magnetic coupling outside of the casing in close proximity to the driven element, and a motor to rotate the driving element. Preferably the rotor is a multilobed rotor orbiting within a trochoidal chamber defined by the stator. Most preferably, a three lobed rotor is journalled on an eccentric carried by a shaft of the rotary drive and has a ring gear driven by a gear of the rotary drive having the same eccentricity as the eccentric and rotated in synchronism therewith, the gear ratio of the ring gear to the eccentric being three to one.

    摘要: Scroll compressors may preferably include a stationary scroll, a drive shaft, a crank shaft coupled to the drive shaft and a bush coupled to the outer surface of the crank shaft. A seal is preferably disposed between the bush and the crank shaft and the seal is elastically deformable in the radial direction of the crank shaft. A movable scroll may be coupled to the crank shaft and disposed adjacent to the stationary scroll. A compression chamber is defined by a space between the stationary scroll and the movable scroll, such that fluid is compressed within the compression chamber when the movable scroll revolves or orbits with respect to the stationary scroll. Further, a discharge port is preferably defined within the movable scroll and adapted to release the compressed fluid to a side that is opposite of the stationary scroll.

    摘要: A scroll compressor which comprises a scroll assembly comprising two scroll walls, and a drive for causing a relative orbiting motion between the scroll walls for compressing fluid on two fluid flow paths between an inlet and an exhaust of the scroll assembly. A first fluid flow path is formed between a wall surfaces of the scroll walls and a second fluid flow path is formed between another facing wall surfaces of the scroll walls. A first ambient clearance A1 is selected between the first two facing surfaces, and a second ambient clearance A2 is selected between the second two facing surfaces, and where the first and the second ambient clearances are selected independently from each other. Independent selection permits each ambient clearance to be designed according to its own performance requirements, to take into account thermal expansion and manufacturing tolerances.

A scroll body comprises a stationary scroll and an orbiting scroll that is revolved with respect to the stationary scroll eccentrically. The stationary scroll has a stationary wrap and the orbiting scroll has an orbiting wrap engaged with the stationary wrap to form a compression chamber therebetween. In the scroll-type fluid machine, a cooler is provided to cool high-temperature compressed air discharged from a discharge bore at the center of the stationary scroll.

    摘要: A scroll type of fluid machinery, in which two housings are fixed to each other, two stationary scrolls are fixed to the two housings, two orbiting scrolls are assembled together with the stationary scrolls to form volume changing mechanisms, three orbiting units are located between the two orbiting scrolls and are arranged to form an anti-self-rotation mechanism for the orbiting scrolls. Each of the three orbiting units comprises a rotating member rotatably supported on the two housings and a thrust-canceling shaft rotatably supported in an eccentric through-hole in the rotating member. Each thrust-canceling shaft is fixed between the two orbiting scrolls. When any one or more of the aforementioned rotating members are driven, the two orbiting scrolls orbit with respect to the stationary scrolls to cause the fluid volumes change. The thrust forces exerted on the two orbiting scrolls cancel one another through the thrust-canceling shafts.

    摘要: A scroll compressor having fixed and orbiting scrolls. The scrolls are disposed within a housing which defines a plenum having an oil sump. A shaft is coupled at one end to the orbiting scroll and is also coupled to a motor located in the housing. A bearing support is secured within the housing and has a central boss with a bearing mounted therein. The bearing supports the shaft opposite the orbiting scroll. The bearing support includes an outer ring and a plurality of support arms extending from the outer ring to the boss. The lowermost portion of the outer ring freely extends for an arc of approximately 120 degrees between adjacent support arms. The lowermost portion of the outer ring is disposed within the oil sump and includes a recessed portion defining a passage between the outer ring and housing for communicating lubricating oil.
