摘要: An amount of pressurized fluid is pumped by a high-pressure fluid pump to a common rail in an engine by using a multi-functional control circuit (ECU) that improves the controllability of fluid pumped to the common rail such that a target pressure in the common rail is achieved notwithstanding the loss of fuel injected from the common rail into the engine's cylinders nor the variety of pressure losses or deviations occurring throughout the system. The ECU sets a base fluid pumping amount based on a target value of pressure in the common rail and an amount of fluid ejected from the common rail. The ECU also calculates a fluid pumping amount required to cause the actual pressure of the common rail to follow a change of a target pressure of the common rail according to the amount of change of the target pressure. The ECU sets the sum of the basic fluid pumping amount, the required fluid pumping amount and a carried-over amount of fluid, as a set value of the fluid pumping amount to achieve target pressure in the common rail. If the set value of the fluid pumping amount exceeds a predetermined capacity of the fluid pump, the ECU sets a difference between the set value of the fluid pumping amount and the predetermined capacity as the carried-over amount of fluid that is carried over to a next setting of fluid pumping amount, thereby reflecting the difference therebetween in a next set value of the fluid pumping amount so that the target pressure in the common rail may be achieved via a plurality of pumping sequences including any carried over fluid amounts.

摘要: The moment pump (10) of the present invention includes a flexible container (12) having an outer wall (14) and two opposing end walls (16, 18) attached thereto. The container (12) is made of a resilient material and has a preformed, non-biased shape. A pair of one-way valves (20) is operably attached to the container (12) and provides for the flow of a liquid therethrough. A first actuator rod (22) has fixedly attached on one end a first biasing object (24) and on the other end a restraining member (26). The first end wall (16) is attached to the first actuator rod (22) between the first biasing object (24) and the restraining member (26). A second actuator rod (30) has fixedly attached on one end a second biasing object (28) and on the other end a transfer housing (32). The second actuator (30) slidably passes through the second end wall (41). The transfer housing (32) has an interior chamber (34) into which the longitudinal restraining member (26) of the first actuator travels in confinement, not being able to leave the interior chamber (34). The interior chamber (34) prevents the longitudinal restraining member (26) from being removed therefrom. The transfer housing (32) is cylindrically shaped about the interior chamber (34) and has open end (39) into which the first actuator enters (22). Attached between the exterior wall (36) of the transfer housing (32) and the inner surface (38) of the outer wall (14)of the container (12) is a plurality of biasing tension actuators (40) divided into two sets of tension actuators, a clockwise set and a counterclockwise set. Movement of the transfer housing (32) by the second actuator rod (30) or movement of the container (12) by the first actuator rod (22) causes the outer wall of the container to be pulled in a direction to the transfer housing (32) thus decreasing the volume therein. This acts as the pump action. Upon release of the biasing force, the outer wall of the container (12) returns to its resilient shape and this action draws in fluid into the container (12).

摘要: A hermetic compressor includes a plurality of compressing mechanisms. Each of the compressing mechanism includes a rotary cylinder having a groove, and a piston slidable in the groove, so that a compressing stroke is carried out by rotation of said piston on a locus of a radius E about a point spaced apart at a distance E from the center of said rotary cylinder. A partition plate is interposed between the rotary cylinders of the adjacent compressing mechanisms. The partition plate is provided with a communication bore through which a shaft is passed. The partition plate is provided with cranks on which said pistons can be mounted. A motor mechanism section is adapted to drive the pistons of the compressing mechanisms by the common shaft. At least one of the compressing mechanisms is different in phase in a compressing stroke from the other compressing mechanisms. The rotary cylinders of the adjacent compressing mechanisms and said partition plate sandwiched between such rotary cylinders are formed from different members, and relatively non-rotatably connected to each other. Thus, the piston rotated in the above manner about the above-described point is not necessarily requited to be rotated about its axis during the rotating movement about such point, and need be only slid along the groove. Therefore, the piston can be formed into a non-circular shape, whereby the area of contact of the piston with the groove can be increased to enhance the sealability, thereby enhancing the suction and compression efficiency.

摘要: A cruciform pump comprises a casing, a positioning round disk in the casing; a driven rotary disk; and two sliding blocks. A center of the positioning round disk is arranged corresponding to a center of the casing, and has a cruciform sliding groove. The driven rotary disk is eccentrically installed on the positioning round disk. One rotary shaft at one surface of the rotary disk protrudes out of the casing. The two sliding blocks are installed in the cruciform sliding groove. Each block is conformed to the sliding groove, so that the positioning round disk is driven by the sliding blocks. When the driven rotary disk rotates through two circles, the positioning round disk only rotates through one circle. During rotation, the two sliding blocks move along the cruciform sliding groove; then, one side of the sliding block presses fluid flowing out, and another side thereof will suck fluid into the sliding groove.

摘要: The fluid machine can be used as a pump, compressor, motor and internal combustion engine and is characterized by two mobile opposite cylinders fixed rigidly to each other. Said cylinders move simultaneously in the same direction. 摘要: An air pump comprises an outer tube, a distribution guide tube, and a spring. The outer tube is provided in the interior with a large cylinder and a small cylinder. 摘要: A manual air pump includes an outer cylinder having a first chamber and a head provided to the second end of the outer cylinder. The head includes an outlet passage communicated with the first chamber for supplying air to an object to be inflated. An inner cylinder is securely mounted in the first chamber of the outer cylinder and includes a first end secured in the second end of the outer cylinder and a second end, the inner cylinder defining a second chamber that is communicated with the outlet passage. A piston rod has a first end with a piston slidably received in the first chamber of the outer cylinder and a second end extended beyond the outer cylinder, the piston separating the first chamber into a first chamber section adjacent to the head and a second chamber section distal to the head, the piston rod defining a third chamber therein. A handle is secured to the second end of the piston rod to move therewith. A plug is securely mounted to the second end of the inner cylinder and in sliding contact with an inner periphery defining the third chamber of the piston rod, the plug separating the third chamber into a third chamber section distal to the handle and a fourth chamber section adjacent to the handle, the plug having a one-way valve mounted therein such that air is only flowable from the fourth chamber section into the second chamber. A first release valve is provided for optionally communicating the fourth chamber section with outside and a second release valve is provided for optionally communicating the first chamber section with outside, thereby obtaining high volume/low pressure inflation, medium volume/medium pressure inflation, or low volume/high pressure inflation.
